When will I learn to NOT go to this particular Wendys??? Ordered a salad tonight and they left out the cashews (which is a main part of this salad) and the beans were slimy and clumped together, the lettuce was wilted — obviously a left over salad from another day. I did not see this until I was already home — too much to drive back. The employees are typically seen outside smoking or talking. very unprofessional and I will not be back. Wish management would do something to improve this place!!!

Wendy’s restaurants are normally consistent, but this is the exception. I have been here twice. Both times, my salads were filled with wilted lettuce. The last time, my fish sandwich tasted like it was cooked in old grease. It was dry and not appetizing at all. When I’ve had the same sandwich at other Wendy’s, it was delicious. The employees (including the manager) seem lazy. My fries were undercooked. Considering I hold Wendy’s in high regard as a fast food chain, this location is the exception to the rule. I will not return to this location. I will drive a little extra for the next one.
