I went in for a simple wash/​blowdry/​style during July, made my appointment over the phone. The stylist (can’t remember his name) made good conversation and was very friendly. The salon was a little hard to find but was well decorated and very ‘urban’. My hair wasn’t straightened well at all but I left him with a pretty good tip anyway. I walked outside and felt that my hair was still very much wet. I had a very simple request, nothing complicated. not even a complicated style. For what I paid, I could have done a much better job at home. I won’t be back again!

They don’t honor their appointments.
Their site says they welcome walk-​ins, but reservations are recommended. I made one through their website — picked a stylist (Eric), picked my time. Got a confirmation e-​mail — All set. Showed up for the appointment? No Eric. No problem, they say, he’ll be here in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, still no Eric and no one else is available.
Never expected it would be so hard to spend my money here. Guess they don’t want it.

Blu is my stylist, she is friendly and knows hair very well. The studio is very clean, urban and chic. One thing I do like is that urban style clients are diverse, which is always good to see :-)
