The rude woman working here would not honor a valid coupon. 50% off for first time customers apparently doesn’t really exist, even though it is in the weekly mailer.
Instead, she said I had to go with the price for the special which is 3 pants for 9.99, rather than the 50% off, which she said I could only use on the 4^th pair of pants.
I left the store with my clothes and will not return.

I honestly don’t know why I continue to punish myself by going back to this cleaners. I will start by saying that they do good work. I have done alterations here and had dry cleaning done. All services were done well. However, there is only one person that works here and she is very rude to me every time I go on. She refuses to tell me what things are going to cost, just saying that she doesn’t remember how much something costs and she will tell me the price when she is done. When asked if she could get something done quicker that promised, she just continued to yell «Saturday» at me. Her English is poor, which normally wouldn’t be a huge issue for me, but she doesn’t even make an effort to understand or communicate. All in all, every time I walk out of there I am very frustrated with the experience. Unfortunately, it is within walking distance of my apartment, so I just keep going back for more…
