Unlimited Maids

We have had UM clean our house a few times after initially taking advantage of a Groupon. Both times our house was sparkling! I was very excited to come home to a clean kitchen and bathroom. I wish I would have had them for longer than 2 hours! I would recommend using them highly! It is fun to have the time back in my week that is usually spent cleaning!

They were prompt and very friendly. I was a little disappointed in the cleaning. For 2 hours of service all that was cleaned was 2 bathrooms and that did not include the floors. We have had cleaning in the past and they were able to clean much more than this. I had to go behind and re-​clean everything that I was expecting to be cleaned.

My first appointment with Unlimited Maids was missed because their calendaring system was broken.
My second appointment went by without the cleaning crew showing. I guess the crew’s car broke down, but a phone call would have helped with knowing where they were and that I could leave my house.
The third appointment finally happened. The maid was polite, professional, friendly, and bubbly. Great lady. However, her cleaning job was less than desired. She spent 2 hours cleaning just my kitchen and one bathroom. I’m a pretty clean person (and the type of person that cleans before a maid comes), so I don’t think things were too bad. I asked her to especially clean the kitchen cabinets.
Today, my kitchen cabinets are sticky. My floor feels slimy underfoot. She left without cleaning the sink, so there’s still stuff inside the drain and around the edges. The microwave outside is still smudgy. The bathroom overall looks clean, but all the fixtures are smeary.
I expected a bit more of a sparkle, I guess. If I had spent 2 hours doing the exact same job, It would have come out a lot better.
