I have been here twice and both times I have not had an issue. BUT other customers have. I rented a 14 ft and pick up. Both had no issues. When I rented the pick up I opted for the waiver fee so I would not worry about any scratches, etc. I was given the keys and drove away. Agent never checked my departure mileage or gas gauge. Upon return I was told I owed almost $ 700 for driving 1800 miles. Impossible since I picked up at 12:30 pm and returned at 2:30. Thankfully new agent fixed error. Awesome job. Will rent from this location again.

I have used this location twice now moving around Dallas. The general manager here is a nice guy. I appreciated his service and help for today. The truck was a basic uhaul, but was clean. Would definitely recommend this location.
