Exceptionally quick turnaround and great work from this company. Mark is very easy to work with and a very easygoing person. He facilitated the creation of 160 screen printed T-​shirts in the span of three work days. Great work!

Been using Mark at Twin Bows for my kids’ team uniforms for about eight years. At least a dozen sets of team uniforms ordered in that time. Mark goes above and beyond to accommodate rush orders and late add ons. He has stayed late or come in on the weekend to make sure my teams had their uniforms. Price has always been fair and the product is as good as you’ll find. Really good guy to work with. Highly recommend Twin Bows.

I’m about to move into a sorority house with 30 other girls and needed to get some towels monogrammed in case I lost them.
I brought in my towels in and the owner was very helpful explaining the styles, color, and size of the monograms.
He got all my info, gave me a price estimate, and told me how long it would take.
The next day he called me saying that the towels were finished and I could pick up during hours. I paid $ 22 for the monogrammed two towels and they look great!
I’ve worked in retail and dealt with rude costumers (costumers are not always right) So act like a nice human being approach him in a respectful manner and he will be SUPER friendly!
Despite the scary location, that guy is a hard worker and absolutely loves his job.

We use Twin Bows exclusively for our office and kid’s sporting logo wear. Mark is over the top nice and fair. We could care less what the shop looks like — Twin Bows has never let us down.

Our gals looked great in their yoga pants and tops! I don’t want to go into the super long story, but we had a hard time getting this order done by other vendors. Mark said no problem and we ended up with beautiful sweats for a great price. We usually use Another vendor for our regular stuff, but lately their quality has not been up to par. From now on I will bring more things to Twin Bows!

Only gave one star because no stars was not an option. I called to ask about a small order of two shirts embroidered and was told turnaround was usually a day, though they might be able to do it while I waited.
When I showed up, I presented a business card with some artwork to show the spelling and the clerk asked if I wanted the artwork added and that it would still be just $ 10 a shirt and out by Monday at the latest as this was Thursday afternoon and the owner was leaving town the following day. I said sure.
The owner. Mark, called about an hour later to say that there would be an additional $ 35 charge for digitizing the artwork. I declined. Mark said he would not be able to get the shirts out until late the following week.
Of course I was not happy and told him that this was nothing near what I was told on the phone or when I came into the store or on the phone. Mark clearly could not have cared less and when I told him that he had wasted two hours of my time, he said he did not care as two shirts was a waste of his time.
Shop is in a broken down strip mall and it is clear as to why. Folks do not do as they say and I would avoid like the plague. Better off to order online as prices are cheaper and turnaround is the same.
I am going to the mall and having my work done for just a couple of bucks more, while I wait.
