It’s like thrifting but better! Everything is reasonably priced and they have so many unique items, and the best part?! It’s all new… no second hand finds here. If you enjoy a home décor treasure hunt, this is a fantastic place to start. From lovely furniture pieces to home accents to kitchware, gourmet goods, frames, pet supplies, bedding, and gardening tools, this is a HGTV/Pintrest lover’s paradise. Tuesday Morning is a chain, but no two stores are the same… yet they are all consistently worth a shopping visit.

This is what I call«One of my favorite junk stores» that I like to browse when I’m in the area. You never know what you’re going to find but brutha, let me warn you. If you find it, and you like it, and you can afford it. You better buy it *NOW* cuz when they gone, they’re totally gone… I like a special brand«Trudeau» coffee mug that’s totally leak proof and I can find them here sometimes for 75% off the same price at Target. So buyer, do you homework and enjoy your bargain hunting. Gizmo’s, Towels, Rugs, Housewares, Kids Toys. Ya just never know what you’ll find. Oh and don’t forget, it’s located on the left side of the BESTBUY and you’re not gonna see the sign until you drive around the building. Maybe that’s why some of the really cool deal can hang around longer and not get swiped up by the locust.

At first Luis insisted that there was no Tuesday Morning behind the Best Buy Store b/c he was familiar w/ALL of the stores from Park Lane down to Henderson Ave. I told him ok, let’s drive back there and«not find the store» behind Best Buy. He agreed and sure enough up on the right corner of Best Buy’s store is a red sign w/Tuesday Morning’s name and an arrow pointing to the back. This store had a lot of furniture. It also had a lot of children’s games and cookware. I do not think this store is very often frequented b/c of its quirky location. Try it maybe you can find some great deals since not many people would think to go to this«out of the way» and«out of sight» location. It is right across from an apartment complex. When I walked in to return some Wicked Doodle coffee from«Michael’s Gourmet» coffee line: –I was most disappointed. I was the third one in line. The 1st lady waiting in line was just buying(2) items, the lady in front of me?, and I had to return that weak horrible tasting michael’s Gormet coffee. One of the customers at one of the registers literally had(4) shopping baskets!!! I have never seen anything like it! Me and the(2) ladies in front of me kept saying surely this is a gag, but it wasn’t! The shopping lady w/the(4) baskets had a bandana on and I did not see any hair poking out, so I kept thinking, and I said to the other ladies maybe this is her last Christmas? Nonetheless, I got outta line and went in the back of the store and commenced to shopping. It beat waiting in that line! I found some brass-type cabinet pulls. They were in a box of 10 for $ 9.99. I got them for our maintenance man. He is putting our cabinet handles on. They cost me $ 3.99 each at Arlington Hardware. Talk about a marked up price. Ours are porcelein w/pretty flowers on them, but still. I looked for another Bass Fishing game, but did not see one. We ended up getting Luis a Nike Climafit Jacket. It looks like the old fashioned London Fog short spring jackets. If your an old timer like me then you know what I mean. We got(2) metal wall hanging baskets that I plan to put bulbs into and hang outside over the banister. I miss having flowers. We don’t get a lot of sun, but I think the bulbs will be ok. My last year’s ones that I bought at Central Market are already starting to sprout. I got Luis(4) pair of Perry Ellis low cut 70% cotton, 15% acrylic, 14% nylon, and 1% Spandex socks for $ 6.99. This is ½ the price of what I paid at «The Runner» in Pantego for one«professional» pair of socks. I was getting so weary in Tuesday Morning that I was beginning to see stars and halos. Luis insisted that we leave, but there was a pair of PJ bottoms that he had an interest in. Even though we left the store instantly I insisted upon going back into the store to get the flannel PJ bottoms for Luis. They are a handsome white and black block check and they were only $ 11.99. This will tide him over until his $ 59.95 pair of Irish flannel PJ’s come from the Vermont Country Store. . The PJ’s look handsome on Luis. I’m glad we got them.

Unlike other Tuesday Mornings I have checked out, this location seems to be a little better organized and neat. The staff is actually helpful and checkout quick.
