Triple C Recycling

Triple C recycling is a complete scam. Everyone that works here, top to bottom, are complete meth head scam artists. Stay away from these hacks at all costs!!! I ‘ve dealing with these shady ass holes since February. The ONLY thing they’ve done that they were going to do is charge my credit card. On 2÷5÷15, I was charged $ 1,500 for a camry motor. Chris assured me I would get the motor within a few days. It took a month and countless calls to these morons for the motor to arrive. Chris gave me excuse after excuse of why the motor hadn’t arrived yet. Both Chris and Julie gave me a fake BL number that the trucking company had no clue about. They kept blaming the delivery company when in fact they never shipped the motor. Getting a hold of these people is a complete joke. Chris never returns phone calls. When you try and email them from the email address they email you from it doesn’t work. Chris said he sent me rebuilt motor for the hassle. What a load of Sh! t. My mechanic put the motor in and when we started it, there was no oil pressure at all. We had to drop of the oil pan and there so much sludge stuck in the grate. No wonder there was no oil pressure. My mechanic said there was no way in hell this motor was rebuilt. So we take care of the sludge and get the motor running and it’s vibrating like crazy. We replaced the motor and transmission mounts and still it vibrated like crazy. I had to take it to another mechanic shop and they determined the balance shaft was screwed up and they would have to take the timing cover off to take a look. A minimum $ 1000 to repair. You Can see the details in the picture I posted. I call Chris and let him know and he goes nuts and starts screaming and cussing at me and just hangs up the phone. After calling non stop, he agrees to pick up the motor and refund me my $ 1500 AND pay for shipping. After countless excuses and delays of why the truck has not come to pick up the motor, again, Chris blames the trucking company, the motor was picked up on 5÷15÷15. The driver said it would take a few days for the motor to arrive at triple c. 2 weeks later, again I keep calling to find what the hell is going on and Chris keeps saying they haven’t got the motor yet. Complete bs and more lies from this moron. I get a hold of the shipping company and they delivered the motor on 5÷20÷15. They had the motor for over 10 days and no call no nothing. I had to keep calling for a another week for them to inspect the motor. Finally they get to it and I get a hold of Chris 3 weeks ago and he transfers me to Julie and by transfer I mean hang up on me. That’s one many tactics. When I finally get through to Julie, she says she send the refund through and it will take 5 – 7 business days. Well guess, 2 weeks later and I still hadn’t gotten a refund. I call Chris and he begins to scream on the phone telling me he isn’t going to refund me for the shipping, which is complete BS!!! Look at the shipping document I posted. It clearly says «single shipment charge waived» you POS!!! Now they won’t answer my phone calls. I started calling from a blocked number and they caught on to that. I can’t even get a hold of them. I should’ve done this a long time ago, but now I filed a claim through my credit card to get my money back. If you plan on using these ass hats, you should just light your money on fire and punch your self in the face. How the city of Dallas allows these kinds of people to obtain a business license is beyond me. Complete frauds and they don’t even care. As soon as they get your money, that’s the last you’ll hear from them or see your money.
Whatever you do, don’t bother with these idiots. If you read this and still use them, you deserve what is coming. I really hope this review costs them more than $ 1500 in business. Karma is going to have field day with them. Enjoy you worthless cowards!
