Not the greatest. The savings can be good with the Tom Thumb card but the lines can be ridiculous. They need to figure out a better way to check out customers because this happens almost every time I’m here. I actually witnessed a guy look at the lines and just abandon his shopping cart and leave. Tom Thumb is losing money because of this. I was also shocked to see this labeled as the flagship store by Unilocal — and it’s having these problems?

I’m tired of getting home and not finding items I paid in the bag, or finding soft fruits mixed in with canned goods and ruined. Checkout really, really needs serious improvement. And why do all the products I like keep disappearing off the shelf to be replaced by some sketchy off-brand equivalent? Or non-equivalent, so I just stop buying those products(since I don’t have much choice). Tom Thumb used to be a good store. Too bad they have a strangle hold on the Park Cities. I’ll be driving to Central Market from now on.

Convenient location. Fresh produce. However, the check out people decide if they want to greet or stare at you. Rude.

I work in this shopping center and it is so nice to have it in walking distance. The store is kept pretty clean and well stocked. The cashiers(mostly ladies during the day) are so nice and very friendly. My only complaint would be the people at the Starbucks kiosk in the store and at the Deli counter. The people working at the counter are always so dang rude. Then at the Starbucks Kiosk-I’ve gotten coffee there 2 or 3 times and every time it was a different person and every time they were all rude. They never smiled, hardly made eye contact, and acted like I was imposition. I chose to get coffee there because you can use your Starbucks loyalty card and get your tom Thumb points on your rewards card. Now I just go to the Barnes and Noble Café to get my coffee fix. You can still get a 10% discount with a B&N Member card that costs $ 25 a year but it’s worth it. The people there are always so friendly and fast. They have really good customer service and are quick.

Went to buy something for lunch. Bought a bottles organic drink and to my surprise it was expired since January 2014. It’s now the end of June. I don’t know why they didn’t realize this sooner, but I called to tell them. The gentleman on the phone not only didn’t really care… He didn’t even apologize or offer to give me my money back. I will not be going back… And I advise everyone else to check the expiration date before buying anything from them.

I work in the same shopping center, so it’s super convenient to walk to TT. Every time I go there, I am reminded how much I dislike it. Rudest people that work there, always! And can never ever get help at the sandwich area. Why is the deli area always understaffed? Had to walk back to work to get to my car & drive somewhere for lunch today. No stars for you TT. Zilch!(Couldn’t post without 1 star)

I love my grocery stores, but the only time I ever come to Tom Thumb is when I just so happen to be next to one. It is a really nice environment and always very clean but this place is way to expensive. I mean you get better prices a Central Market and the workers are way nicer there too. So like I said nice experience but only when you really need something.

It is a nice store. The store is really clean and offers nice selection of groceries. Shoppers at this Tom Thumb were very civil and behaving. Fresh food section was well stocked and fresh. It is a bit of a hike for me, but I will go back for fresh food shopping.

Oooo Hot chocolate on sale and cheaper than Walmart? YESS! Hooray for my Tom Thumb’s card. I think I saved $ 30 by just punching in my phone number.(it’s an old number but they don’t need to know that) This store is a bit deserted at night but it’s really clean and I love their fresh produce section.

One checkout counter after 9. Really? And the manager is just watching.

The store is clean and checkout was efficient. But, there is not enough parking here during high traffic times. The Tom Thumb employees who worked at the Starbucks inside here when I visited were inept and rude.
