I would give the Estate planning group no stars. My dad hired a Barbara Ferguson to help plan his wishes. She did a good job with that. She failed to explain to the rules of behavior to the person who had the job of closing the estate. Such as you must tell the truth, you can do as you please up to a point. You must put ones hate aside. Lies are a big no no. How sad that all of the above could have been avoided had she explained the professional behavior at the start.
