Update: I am updating this to three stars because the boss of Waller Group jumped right on this problem. I am looking forward to giving them five stars when they’ve got it fixed.
I am writing this review because there is apparently no other way to contact the Waller Group boss Logan Waller. The Waller Group has a property listed down the street from me. 5209 Austral Loop 78 739 The property has been on the market for two years. The property has had zero yard care for those two years. The listing agent is the Waller Group. By not following the HOA rules and by letting the property look abandoned Waller Group is destroying their own reputation. Everyone on my street hates Waller Group. We live in a nice neighborhood and Waller Group is making this property an eyesore.

It has been a very stressful event due to the distance and due to the circumstances that caused the relocation, but I have to say that Tami Bennett with Waller Group has gone above and beyond to assist us and has taken a huge burden off of us by helping us to locate and secure our Texas home. She is the utmost in professionalism and a shining example of dedication and customer service. When it is time for my family to purchase a home, we will definitely request the assistance of Tami again. I would highly recommend her services whether you are looking to rent or purchase a home.
