Absolutely awful. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone unless you like to be charged late fees for paying your rent on time. I’ve had issues with this apartment complex since day 1 (broken heater, dirty apartment, no mailbox key, unable to get into the parking lot because my clicker wasn’t programmed, broken dishwasher) and cannot wait until my lease is up. There have been burglaries, issues with the «gates,» and the office staff are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Don’t expect much if you decide to sign a lease here. The saying «you get what you pay for» absolutely rings true for this place.
