The Phit Studio

Sorry I drug my friend Austin with me. The website has an incorrect address. I called and told the gentleman I couldn’t find them. After telling him the address he informed me it was incorrect. I told him the address in his website must be incorrect and he said you didn’t get that address from my website. He pulled up the website and then explained: I’m sorry. I forgot to update my new address. Ok, I’m fine with that. He gives me the new address and I go there looking for Phit Studio’s. I’m walking around this building looking like a stalker searching for a sign a door or anything that says Phit Studio’s. I drive away and the guy is texting my phone. I tell him I still can’t find it. He then tells me: Oh, I’m in the back of the nutrition store. Probably some important information. Then proceeds to tell me when I made my appointment online that it was in the fine print. Really!!! First off your website is wrong and you have no visible sign at your location, and your tucked away inside the back of another business.
After posting my review he did call to rectify the situation and is now aware of the issues and they will be fixed. I support small business and hope they thrive. Everyone makes mistakes and is entitled to a second chance.
