My parents had their roof in 2009, but due to what was attributed to «material defect», the roof started falling apart. The shingles were popping up and since there is a warranty on the roof, we called the company several times. To be clear, this material defect is not the fault of the company. WIth that said, not only did the roofing company schedule several appointments with us and fail to show up, but over 7 months later, we are still in square one. It was not until my parents finally threatened to take action against the company that they appeared more interested in taking responsibility. Today, the company said someone will be here before noon to inspect the roof and discuss plans to repair it. It is no 5PM and the company has failed again. I will further update with reviews based on their action or lack of actions. Meanwhile, I do not recommend this company. They have been irresponsible and unprofessional. They have caused the entire family great annoyance and inconvenience. Update on July 31, 2012: I believe everything has been settled now. Owner is professional and courteous and shows great concern for customer service. Owner has informed us that he has never received any other complaints so it is possible our situation is an exception.
