Worst Home Depot I have ever been In. No one will call you back when they say they will. For a store that big there’s never anyone to help you. Been fighting with their kitchen and bath for weeks just to get measured and ordered. WEEEKS! Unacceptable and disgusted. Go across town to another location, at least you’ll be treated like a customer

The management is inconsistent and pretends that customer loyalty is important. They say they pride themselves on lowest price by price match and coupon match but then they make it so difficult to use. I spent $ 1500 there this month and went back to get $ 200 worth of stuff to finish up my project. I tried to have them match a 20% off coupon from a competitor and they said they do not match coupons, then 30 seconds later she says they do but you have to have it printed, i say ai thiught you said you didn’t match coupons. So I said fine, I Will go home and print it. Then she says no, it has to have a barcode they can scan. This is all after spending an hour getting all the supplies I needed. They refused to price match even after they have done it before. Go to LOWES or Harbor Frieght, or anywhere else! They have better deals and for the items they aren’t cheaper on the better customer service and customer appreciation is much better and worth it.

This is only for the Kitchen Cabinet department only. My elderly father wanted to reface his kitchen cabinet doors. Being that I’m a contractor he asked me to talk to the sales person that came, and to deal with the whole project. He told the sales person to talk to me and my father went into another room. The sales person ignored me, wouldn’t answer my questions, repeatedly asked for money so «we could get this going today!». After telling him numerous times I’m not buying anything today, and after he refused further to measure cabinets and quote me any prices on anything, I asked him to leave. He yelled at me and actually refused to leave(what the!!!). My father entered the room, tried to ask him questions and get quotes, which sales person refused to give unless he got money. He finally left when my after asking him to leave several times, and I threatened to call the police. This guy should be fired. Turns out he’s not employed by Home Depot but by an entirely different company who’s subcontracted to Home Depot. Watch out for elderly with this hard sell.

I usually receive good genuine service that is prompt to ask if I need help. I can usually get in and out quickly. I don’t like how the parking lot is. With only one outlet on the side you have to go out of your way to get back on the road.

This location is really not an easy location to spot off the highway or if you are not familiar with the area but they still have everything that you would need and the staff is really great! They are attentive, greet you as you enter, and are willing to answer and assist any dilemma that you may be dealing with. The aisles are very organized and clean.
