My boyfriend and i stopped here to satisfy our sweet tooth on our way home from getting groceries, we are new to the area and had been wanting to stop by and finally got the chance. They have dole soft serve and it was so good! My boyfriend got the raspberry in a waffle cone and i got their rootbeer float. the raspberry was the perfect mix of tart and sweet. They made the rootbeer float with just the right amout of ice cream and it comes in a large cup, i couldn’t even finish it all! it was only $ 7 for both of us which was great on our budget after our recent move. they have a great selection though, i wanted to try the strawberry cheesecake but i have celiac so i wasnt able to do so. we will definately be stopping by again very soon and cant wait to try the pineapple soft serve! thanks for the great ice cream guys!

What a great little spot for ice cream! We stopped here on a whim and glad we did! They have Dole Whip and it was so nice and refreshing! The service is very friendly and helpful if toucan decide what you want. I would definitely recommend!

Nice to have a new soft serve ice cream spot in the back mountain. The ice cream at Frozen Cow is good — soft serve with a variety of topping options. Nothing here is new or different from any other ice cream shop — it’s pretty lackluster when it comes to creativity. The guy working behind the counter even referred to the «Twister» as being blizzard like. The twisters come with whipped cream and a cherry on top.
I can’t say anything bad about this place other than its lack of creativity and its migraine inducing lights flashing constantly. The location isn’t great — it’s difficult to get off the highway to get there and the parking is limited. That being said, it’s a decent run of the mill average ice cream shop. Nothing special but not bad either.
