We had afternoon tea here and while the service was good the food was mediocre at best. The finger sandwiches were not fresh. The bread was hard. It was not worth the $ 50.00 I paid for pastries. Will not be back

Service was slow, food was underwhelming. We waited 10 to 15 minutes to get anything from coffee to food. Ask for Tabasco. Never showed up

we had brunch at the conservatory on sunday with another couple. our brunch for 4 was actually a gift certificate we purchased at a silent auction benefiting great danes.
from the hostess to the manager to the wait staff, we couldn’t have been treated better if we were visiting royalty. they assured us that we could have anything (and everything) on the menu and we would have loved to!
just reading the menu choices started mouths watering.
between the 4 of us we had an assortment of appetizers, main courses, drinks and yes, we even saved room to split a couple desserts.
there was not a disappointing note in a single dish! it was surely a brunch that will be remembered and spoken about 4 years to come.
thank you to all involved not only in making the experience so wonderful, but to the rosewood for donating the certificate to a very worthy cause.
