I really can’t complain about The Cliffs. Yes, they are a little on the pricy side, but don’t you expect rent to raise every year? I have 850 square feet apartment, anywhere else it would cost me over $ 1,000.
I am most happy with the office staff as well. Nora and Josh are always so helpful, friendly, and always have an answer when I ask a question. The maintenance staff is great, fixing mostly everything within a day. I did have a problem with my heater in the winter, but it wasn’t the maintenance’s staffs fault. It was just a bad unit.
All in all, I love living here. I feel like The Cliffs are probably the most overlooked apartment complex in The Village. It backs up to the lakes, and the walking trail is awesome. We go feed the ducks and have a ball.
I don’t want to live anywhere else until we buy a house! Love it!
