Becky has been doing my hair for over three years. I live 6 hours away from Dallas and come back to TheCHAOStudio to get my hair done. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. Before Becky, my hair was a disaster. I was in and out of high end salons and still felt like my hair was still unhealthy. Becky always knows how to make my hair look completely amazing and keeping its integrity! She listens to my wishes and provides suggestions based on her vast experience. I think it’s awesome she takes the time to get to know your hair, and knows what works and doesn’t. She also provides ideas on how to style and general tips on how to care for your hair which really has helped me keep my hair healthy and looking amazing.

I love Becky! She is my go-​to girl when it comes to my hair. She is super creative and talented. I never walk out unsatisfied!

Coming back to see Becky after 4 months. And this time I ended up spending roughly a good 5 hours with this amazing stylist. Even though we were not able to cut/​trim my hair. My hair color came out absolutely amazing. Even though I didn’t have a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair but I showed her a similar picture of how I wanted the turn out to be. She knew exactly how I wanted it. I cannot tell you how ecstatic I am about my hair. I love it. Even styling my hair she knew without having me to explain to her how I wanted it to be styled before I left (I had a date to head to after wards) and it came out perfect. When I got home to my boyfriend his first words were, «baby you’re hair looks amazing, I love the color !» Even my boyfriend was absolutely amazed. Even though, she gave me bad news about the damage of my hair, she ensured me to not worry because she was going to do whatever she can to help. She also explained how I to pay extra attention to my hair and what I needed to do personally to help rebuild my hair density. If it wasn’t for her I would of never known, I would of just thought I needed a trim bc my ended were so dead. I cannot wait to see this amazing person again.

I have never left ChaoStudios with anything less than a stunning and unique haircut. Becky is flawless in everything that she has done for me. She is able to work around you and personalize your hair. I would recommend her to anybody.

The worst and most expensive haircut of my life– $ 85 (tax and 20% tip made it $ 110). Looks like I have several rat tails in the back and in the front it looks like she forgot to cut a huge piece. She offered to fix it via text but I refuse to go back because she doesn’t even admit there is a problem. She just excuses it as a «choppy» and «texturized» haircut but the pictures speak for themselves.
PS. The hair has not been air dried. I got my hair cut on a Saturday. The pictures are from Tuesday. I had not yet washed my hair at that point. I asked to see the back of my hair at the salon, but she didn’t show it to me. I saw it when I got home and cried. In regards to the uneven chunk in the front, I did mention it to her when she was done. She denied it was a problem and chalked up the length difference to the curl pattern (when she blow dried my hair, she curled the ends). The unevenness kept bugging me, so I ran the hair straightener through my hair on Tuesday to see if I was just crazy or if there was a real problem. There is a real problem.
PSS. There was no coloring/​follow up appointment scheduled for this week. I clearly stated I would be going out of town this week. The coloring appointment was tentative, but it wouldn’t have been for several weeks.
PSSS. I don’t have super unruly, difficult hair. In my profile picture you can see what my air dried hair looks like. When I washed my hair yesterday I combed it out wet and the uneven parts are very noticeable. She should have checked her work before blowing the hair out. Most hair stylists I have gone to spend some time checking for evenness when they are done with the cut. She did not. This is my first negative hair salon review. I have never received an uneven haircut in my life and no one has had a hard time cutting it. Since she cut the hair in an A line and the back is ultra short, this is going to take over a year to grow out.

Lucky me. I’ve been looking for a haircutter in Dallas for a long time and now I’ve found CHAOStudio. I came in with a fairly specific idea but after only a few minutes of talking with Becky I trusted her instincts enough to say, «Just go ahead and cut my hair.» Now it’s been three weeks and I’m still getting compliments on my hair.
This cut is unusual for me, but it completely suits me in how it fits the shape of my face, my personal style, and — best of all — in ease of styling. I’m not interested in taking time and effort when getting my hair ready and this is a cut I can take care of myself and it still looks great.
I’m so glad that Becky and CHAOStudio are in my neighborhood and I happily recommend a visit to anyone. She’s charming, creative, intuitive and warmly professional.

Quality. That word describes Becky and The CHAOStudio perfectly. I came in for my appt. with a vague idea of what I wanted to do with my raggedy mop. Becky and I had a great conversation about what my hair was doing and what options I had. Then she blew my mind with the cut, taught me how to style it, and ended up exceeding all my expectations. She even ordered me the products she used on my hair, and had them ready for pick up in a couple of days!
Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Repeat customer… DONE!

Hmm, where to begin… Becky is awesome! I think we had the most thorough conversation about my hair than I’ve ever had with someone about to take a pair of scissors to it. She took into account everything I said and then suggested a cut I felt was personalized for me. I feel like she found that balance of taking what I wanted (or *thought* I wanted; I only had a vague idea) and tweaking it just enough so that it was a perfect fit. She explained everything beforehand to make sure it sounded good to me and assured me that if I didn’t like it, she’d fix it until I did – but I did love it! She definitely gets my recommendation.

love love love. This place is such a hidden gem, and I am so glad that I found it! I went into Becky not really knowing what direction I wanted to go with my hair, so I kind of left it up to her, and I am so glad I did. She gave me great tips and tricks about styling and what products to use, and I am super in love with my new haircut! I love Becky’s energy, and you can genuinely tell that she has such a passion for what she does– if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

While Becky at the Chaostudio has superb technique and nimble fingers, her uniqueness lies in her ability to personalize YOUR haircut. As soon as you walk in, even before you speak, she can already visualize an attractive hairstyle which complements your specific looks, head shape, body type, attire, and other traits. She keeps up with the latest trends in the hair industry (usually even predicts what will be «hot» next) and has an extensive portfolio of hairstyles which she tweaks to optimize your cut. Her level of precision and attention to detail is something I haven’t seen anywhere else. Every time I visit, I walk out with bolstered confidence and can’t stop admiring my fresh look. I hope I never have to move far away, because the Chaostudio is irreplaceable.

Becky does it all. Last visit I got a surprise and she hot towel washed my face. It felt really good. She’ll work with you to find the style that suits you. The place is nice and bright so you can actually see what your hair really looks like. I’ll come here again and again!

Becky is fantastic! I had been struggling to find a stylist in Dallas that listened to what I wanted and could help me update and maintain my hair style. Becky did all that and more. I’ve been going to her for a number of years now and couldn’t be happier.

Becky is awesome! I’ve had long hair all my life and recently went to Becky for a change. She listened to my frustrations with my hair and suggested a much shorter length than I’ve ever had. AND I LOVE IT!
I never thought I would like myself with short hair, but Becky gave me an amazing cut that is both stylish and easy to style. So perfect for me!
