Great experience! Haircuts/​eyebrows/​shaves/​facials/​and even shoe shines! Treatment reminiscent of a byegone era when they truly cared about customer service. Happy that the neighborhood has a useful, PRETENTIOUS FREE, establishment. I highly recommend this neighborhood Barbershop to you all.

My husband does not do Unilocal reviews but I think they’re invaluable. He went a few weeks ago for a basic men’s cut on a Friday evening. He didn’t really care for the cut but did not go back until the following Thursday (heavy work schedule) to get it cleaned up — which, granted, is a bit long to return. But many years ago, I had to return to a salon for a correction, did so well in to the first week post visit, and they were very gracious. This stylist was not; in fact, she fussed at him for not coming in sooner. He felt the fix was rushed and not well done. And my husband is a very straightforward men’s cut.
Lessons: call the salon as soon as you realize you need a correction, gently request someone else, and for heaven’s sake — if you are building a «neighborhood» business, be generous to a fault with your new customers.

Great place. Went in there to get a cut and they gave my 3 year a pretty good cut as well. Very nice and laid back staff. Definitely has a neighborhood feel.

Great vintage barbershop «home away from home» great customer service! Best haircut experience I have ever received. Totally recommend it to anyone!

Not a bad little place. The haircut was pretty decent as well. The barbers aren’t very talkative. If you go just be prepared for a long hair cut. They do a good job just no sense of urgency. It was 40 minutes for a simple men’s cut.
