I used to bring my clothes here for dry cleaning but stopped because her prices wiuld fluctuate each time i webt in. I asked her about it and she became rude. I felt like she was being dishonest. I started taking my clothes elsewhere for dry cleaning.

Stay Away! I dropped off my Jacket a week ago, I had the ticket and brought the ticket in with my husband. First the owner couldn’t find it. then said my husband came in the day before and took it!!! My husband explained he was at work and it was impossible, She continued to say my husband took it! We asked why she gave it to anyone without a ticket. She said someone came in with our name and number and took it! We asked what she would do to resolve this call the other customer, replace the jacket. She continued to blame my husband. After 15 minutes of this with no resolution. I told her I will sue. She literally turned around went to the rack behind her grabbed a jacket without looking at the ticket and handed it to me saying «here is your jacket!»!!! I couldn’t believe it! It was MY Jacket! She had it the whole time! She knew exactly where it was, didn’t look at the ticket! My only thought process on this is she tried to keep my jacket! I could not believe it! STAY AWAY!!!

This a response to the Response from the Mrs. L First of all I drove to drop off the jacket on my way to work. I picked up the jacket with groceries in my hand. There was no reason to bring this up but to add to a status that she believes we are. The reply started with a lie again. I assure you the response to this is far from the truth. I will not go into all the lies.
She never apologized while we were there. Of course we got upset when she accused us easily 15 to 20 times in a 15 minute period. Please don’t forget we have a video. She refused to speak to us in English completely ignoring us. She used the delivery guy to translate. My wife who is from Brazil and English is her second language asked her to speak to us not her delivery driver. She again refused saying it was easier for her to speak to her delivery man and he can translate. The funny thing is she learn quickly to speak English, PERFECT ENGLISH as soon as she received a bad review.
Finally, I love that she responded to this review with she was confused between me and another customer with a white jacket. How many people look the same dropping off the same color jackets, pants, shirts? I am sure alot. Plus it didn’t make sense that she gave my white jacket to another person that looked like my husband who didn’t have a ticket. This is the difference with being a professional dry cleaners and one that shouldn’t be in business. Keep your clothes away from this place if you want to keep them. How many mistakes are allowed?

I have been a customer of this cleaners for many years. She does a GREAT job with alterations, she is the only one who I let alter my clothes

I would say it’s reasonably priced and they do a great job of cleaning my items!
There are definitely cheaper options but this is probably the cheapest close to Uptown!
I would def come back again in the future.
