Uhm, if you’re a guy and you go alone to a store filled with women sales associates, you’re probably going to end up a) feeling pretty good about yourself and b) buying a ton of stuff. That’s just good sales on their part. At this Ted Baker, the sales staff are indeed entirely women(or at least were on my visit), who were attractive, nice teeth etc. They were, however, seemingly incapable of actually helping you find what you’re looking for without insulting you in some strange way. Upon indicating that you don’t like the length of something, they shouldn’t bark back — «that’s the style.» You don’t like it on you, so who cares whether it’s the style or not? Their inability to comprehend the difference between not liking how something fits/is cut on oneself vs. what the style is was just ridiculous. Way to be rude to your customers! They also had issues with bringing the appropriate size when getting new items to try on — frequently returning with too-small items. They currently have a sale for students(April — and additional sales in July), but I don’t think I want to give this particular location any business — they deserve to go down in flames if they can’t figure out how to train their staff.

I like to remind people how important it is to get great service, some times just a hello or bye just dosent cut it for me anymore. If Im going to spend 500 dollars on clothes or something. I atleast want to feel wanted or that Ive been taken care off. Im not asking for a hug but just perhaps a conversation about recommendations, thoughts, ideas and etc. Well I got that at Ted Baker… I forgot her name, but she is the tall cute blonde with awesome style! She was very nice and greeted me well. she took the time to stop what she was doing and help me find outfits and things that would compliment my skin and current like and dislikes. She even called me weeks later to tell me about new shipments and etc. it wasnt just a call about«Hey come and get more stuff» — it was more of «. how are you doing. hope your doing well. we had a great time last time you were here. are you interesting in hearing what we have now in the store»? So I can respect the professional-ism! Not to mention the clothes are awesome at Ted Baker, but that wasnt the issue. So dont be scared of the pretty faces in this store. I know they are drop dead gorgeous and can be intimating, but they are really cool people and will have a great conversation with you. they will also offer you a glass of champagne while you shop. COMPLETELY5 stars in my book.

Wow, I’m from Houston and we do not have one of these stores. That makes me sad. It also makes me sad that I cannot afford to buy everything in this store because everything is ridiculously cute. My bank account is crying after the discovery of this fashion spot. I literally wanted to try every single thing in the store on. This London-based chain sells clothes with a trendy, colorful, sleek look – everything from business suits to dresses to bags for the girls and sharp blazers, button downs, and trendy sweat shirts for the guys. Also, they gave me this really cool pen with a little London yellow bus on it that moves up and down the pen. I’m all about the free give aways!
