Taqueria Lupita

Great authentic Mexican food. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. I love coming here after going out to a club or bar with that special someone or just friends. They have live mariachi bands playing and for a tip they will let you sing with the band. It is hilarious to see these drunk customers try to sing but at times I heard some very good singing from customers. The only thing I noticed about this place is people bring in their toddlers or kids in at 2 or 3 in the morning. This is not very good because you have people acting silly in there and kids are exposed to this not to mention the music is very loud. So if you come here late at night or in the wee hours in the morning, leave the kiddos at home. Any other time of the day, particularly from 8 AM to 11 PM, it is okay to bring the whole family.

This is one of my FAVORITE Mexican restaurants because the food so is amazing, HOWEVER there is one problem. The service is so terrible. I give the place 3 stars just for the food alone, but don’t expect your waiter to smile, check to see how your doing, or get your check when your ready to leave, just expect great food.
