Overall I was pretty pleased with the customer service I received at this location. My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to switch from AT&T and get new phones. It was busy as was to be expected on a Saturday. However, we only waited about ten minutes and they made sure they recognized we were there and waiting multiple times. We were able to get our new phones and our new places setup in about 30 minutes. Through the process they seemed very straight forward and courteous. After a few weeks I am really happy with the service and new phone(only $ 100, $ 4/month payment can’t beat that). My big complaint is they didn’t have the phone I wanted so they were to call me when they got new ones in. They never did, so I ended up ordering mine online.

Great costumer service! I’ve been to this location several times unfortunately it’s usually after being super frustrated at other Tmobile locations. The place is clean and the people are friendly and go out of their way to fix my phone.

Unbelievably great customer service. Sad to say, but I’m not used to getting such quality help these days as good service from restaurants to retail seems to be at an all time low. And you have to admit, cell phone companies have a rep similar to car sales. I switched from AT&T as I’ve had about enough of paying premium prices and having major issues with billing mistakes on their part. Anyway, we took a chance and went to the specific tmobile store that several people recommended despite it being a bit out of my way. Stores do differ in the way they r operated and quality of associates. Here we met Dino and Nate a bit before closing. Wow! Never did we feel like a nuisance, things were clearly explained, questions were answered in an understandable way, and I didn’t see any hidden fees on the bill. These folks stayed past closing and we left the store feeling confident that if/when we need help that this is the store we will return to. Called today and talked to Brian about the fact that I hate this samsung s5 and he said I can come in and they will either help me figure out this phone or choose another better suited for me, as I cannot handle anything that feels complicated. While my daughter can zoom around on the s5, I feel like a dinosaur trying to navigate a small Asian garden. Ugh. But I really feel, based on my experiences thus far with Dino, Nate and Brian, that they can make it right for me. Fantastic client services! And I’m not easily impressed, but I easily recognize when I’m being treated well and assisted by the best.
