A Friend and I went to get a trim. Lourdes was the lady that cut both of our hair. We ask for a small amount off. She took so much off of our hair. And did not do even close to what we as her to do. It took both of us a long while to grow our hair out as long as we had it. We only wanted it trimmed slightly. She said more needed to be off. One of us told her no. But she did what she wanted. And we both left there with at least 2 inches off it or more. We both were very unhappy. She did not do what we ask. She wanted it her way. We will never go back there. They are supposed to please and do what the customer asks for. It’s not right she cut our hair off so short. When we told her exactly what we wanted her to do. :(. I forgot to mention Lourdes gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had. She butchered my hair. It’s all choppy. But the worst thing about it all was SHE WOULD NOT TRIM OFF WHAT WE TOLD HER. SHE PURPOSELY TOOK OFF WAY More THEN ME OR MY Friend WANTED. WE REPEATEDLY TOLD HER HOW MUCH. SHE DID NOT DO IT! Horrible service and cannot follow instructions or just didn’t want to. We could not figure out why she did this. She has been cutting hair there a while. This was not acceptable! Bad place to go

Ashley is an Awesomely Talented Hair Stylist!!!
I have had three excellent haircuts so far from Ashley. One was a flat top during the summer (August 2014) and the other two were a longer traditional men’s haircut where it’s parted on the side (May & November 2014). Both haircuts where excellent as she is obviously experienced, talented and has an eagle eye for detail. Let me tell you, I am very happy to have found Ashley at Supercuts (on 11 722 A-​1 Marsh Lane @ Forest Lane). A terrific haircut can do wonders for your attitude and in the business world people do judge you by your appearance. The price was reasonable, the wait time minimal even on Saturday afternoons and they play great music too.
I believe in praising people when they have done a great job. I have no idea why this place has any negative reviews at all. I’ve witnessed the before looks as clients entered and the beautiful hair styles they leave with and I’m definitely very impressed. I highly recommend this place (I think these bad reviews might be from competitors because this place should have at LEAST 4 STARS from the three visits I have experienced. I am a keen observer and every one is clearly happy as they pay and leave.) Thank you very much Ashley. Supercuts Hair Salon is so lucky to have you. God bless you again and again.

Go here so:
1. When you ask for 1.5 inches trimmed, they will cut 1.5″ for first round + then cut ½″ the 2^nd round + then cut another ½″ the 3^rd round.
2. When you want your hair cut, they will smear some pomade on your hair that smells like mentholatum.
3. So when you have long hair below your shoulders, they will just free cut 1.5″ off and not use a comb to straighten the hair, just cut up and down with waves and bends around the bottom. No comb used on 2^nd or 3^rd round either, but they did spray it wet a little.
4. So when you ask them to trim no more than ½″ off your bangs, they will just pull them up and if an 8″ long section gets pulled up with it … no problem, cut and now its gone.
5. No this salon looks nothing like the Supercuts pics of people getting their haircut since #1 the stylist is smiling and #2 they appear they are experienced.

My Mother took my two little girls to this place for a hair cut, and they charged her $ 58! The individual cuts were $ 13.95, and this is with no shampoo. Just a spray bottle/​dry cut, which I was completely OK with. But once they sprayed their hair down to soaking wet, they asked my Mom if she wanted their hair blown dry and she said «yes». Do you think they bothered to tell her it was $ 10 extra per kid to get their hair blown dry? Ofcourse not. Therefore, $ 58 for two little girls to get their hair cut, one of them was only a trimming of split ends! Ridiculous! Will never go there again, will NEVER recommend them.

I wa so disappointed. I have been going here for almost 3 years to get my hair cut. I went in today at 5:15 and so told they stop expecting hair color appointments at 5:00. Really really I was think the door says you close at 8:00! They had 2 workers do nothing. I know it does not take 3 hour to color hair. So I went the a salon in the same shopping center to see if they could color my hair. No problem the said I was in a and out in about and hour. I have found my new hair salon. Thank you Supercuts would not have found them with out you help.
