Walked in about thirty minutes before they closed. Place was completely empty. Sat. Waited for about 15 minutes. No one helped. They were standing around playing on their phones. Got up and left. Horrible service. Even the manager was on his phone.

Took a chance on this place, and was sorely disappointed. Don’t go here thinking you will eat a sit-down dinner, cause they don’t have plates. The food is served in to-go boxes, securely wrapped in cellophane, even though we were sitting at a table obviously intending to dine in. When asked for a glass of water, the girl at the counter gave me a small styrofoam cup and pointed at a nearby water cooler. The food was less than marginal. I got the orange chicken, and my first impression was that it didn’t have enough sauce on it. A request for more sauce was met with a demand for 60 cents. The«chicken» pieces were 75% breading, and it was by far the blandest orange chicken I’ve ever had. Only copious salting and adding of that mystery spicy sauce on the table made it edible. The only saving grace was the egg drop soup that came with the meal, but you have to be really talented to mess up egg drop soup. I won’t be back.

Having Chinese food delivered to your hotel room can be hit and miss. There have been too many times when I had big hopes only to have them dashed. Every once in awhile, I encounter a rare gem. After all, how hard is it to masterfully execute some wings and egg rolls? Maybe masterful is too strong a word. Nevertheless, the wings, egg rolls, and spring rolls exceeded my expectations and then some. Another noteworthy tidbit – the orange chicken was not only tasty, but we were assaulted with piles of chicken. I know the term«piles» may have a negative connotation for some but I thought it was more fitting than«lots,» and I didn’t want to intimidate anyone with big words like«lots and lots.» The only downside to our order was the lo mein. It was good, but it wasn’t great. In comparison to the(let me break out some impressive vocabulary) yummy wings, rolls, and citrusy chicken, it was merely passable. Color me impressed. I really wasn’t expecting anything special, but I was introduced to a treat that I’ll be sure to keep in mind next time I’m in the Dallas area.

This place is HORRIBLE! They quoted me 10 minutes for my order and literally took 40 minutes to come out. They had no sympathy. The service was bad, the staff was rude and it was just an overall horrible experience. Don’t get me wrong the food was okay but it’s not even worth it.

First time going to SWok! The location was very easy to find, and very convenient for me to get too. Inside it was very spacious, booths and tables available. Good for lunch time, or small parties only. Service was great, quick on prep time. Portion sizes are good, and the prices are very reasonable. A good spot to order To-Go meals. My concern was that the quality of the food was pretty norm for Chinese fast-food in Dallas. I ordered the Orange Chicken with steamed rice. Though it was a decent meal for my first time going. I didn’t get the wow factor that I was looking for here. Yet if all you are needing is a quick place to get a bit, SWok is a good try. Overall: Decent place for some fast-food Chinese.

Decided on Chinese for the night and hit up Unilocal… Had to call back 5 times from two different phone numbers to finally get them to take my order and stop putting me on hold. Ordered szechuan chicken with lo mein and orange chicken with lo mein. Took 50 minutes for them to deliver food less than 5 miles away. The packaging was very careful, which I appreciate. Orange chicken, orange color and flavor weren’t there. Lo mein greasy and not stir-fried properly. Szechuan chicken not spicy and little brown sauce that didn’t coat the veggies enough. Judging from the bad customer service and minor flavor, I am lenient on Chinese but the Express Wok and Rice Wok places with the cheaper food is better.

Ok. Average quality but will accommodate special orders. Fast delivery. I liked the shrimp lo mein. They are busy, so they have fast turn over of their food, therefore fresh. Would order from again.

I come here often for last 2 years I like the customer service the food is good depending on what you order. I found out the basic items in my opinion are good. The fried rice, lo mein, chicken wings, and basic items. Everytime I order a specialty dish I get a little disappointed. I had shrimp in lobster sauce and it was just flavorless. I order shrimp Kung pao and the suace was like to thick and taste unbalanced. I’ve had the curry shrimp and it was like this watery sauce it didn’t taste much like curry. Anyway this place is close to my job the fried combination rice is my favorite so is the beef lo mein. It’s made fresh to. The price isn’t that bad either.

How does a Chinese restaurant forget to send rice with an entrée? Waited 45 minutes for initial delivery. Now I’m forced to wait for the rice. Also, when I called to order the person taking the order was unfamiliar with the menu. I will probably order from their competition next time I’m in town.

I love Sunny wok. I Have been ordering there for years. They are very nice, food is great and they deliver. I order from them at least 3xs a month. They always get my order right, it’s always fresh. I’ve only had one incident where the whole order was right except the soup and they delivered the right soup with extras… just can’t go wrong with them. 5 stars for sunny wok

I’ve been here several times when I’m craving some decent Chinese takeout. The staff is very nice, and the service is fast. The food is pretty average for delivery Chinese food, but hits the spot when you want some takeout classics.

This place used to be one if my favorites but they switched management and staff without warning and are now terrible. I didn’t see the usual owners and noticed a different menu but decided to order anyhow. I got back to work, and I kid you not, I took two bites and immediately had to run to the restroom and vomit. That has NEVER happened to me before. Needless to say, haven’t been back since.

I found this place on my Unilocal app, thought it would be good due to the great reviews. This is the worse Chinese food I have ever had, I ordered the combination rice to go, on the way home it smelt like burned rice and it taste like it smell. The meat looked uncooked, rice was very greasy, and the taste was so unbearable that I had to pick up food from another restaurant.
