Subway

Disgusting location. Old food, dirty location. Unmotivated incompetent staff and unreasonable owner. There were two ppl tonight returning sandwiches for bad product reasons. Employee says he must call manager to correct order because manager checks camera for any reason and they could be fired for correcting orders. Slave ship mentality so sad. Gladly take your money, will never give it back for stale bread and stingy meat/​cheese.

Stopped to grab dinner at this subway for dinner and a transsexual woman was in line in front of me. I could tell the 3 workers were uncomfortable but after he lady left I was appalled by what I heard. The boys apparently thought it would be cool to make fun of her calling her «it» and «fag, «he/​she,» «don’t run into that in a dark bar, etc. disgusted by this place. Tomorrow I will be filing a complaint with Subway corporate. Being bigots, transphobic and homophobic is unacceptable. Subway should be absolutely ashamed that they employ people like this.

Very average subs. Not as much meat on the sandwiches as commercials and poster advertise.

I love coming here for the great lunch and breakfast options. I can still get something quick but healthy. These guys have a clean store and are always pleasant, even when busy.

What can you really say about Subway… it is a sandwich production line. Here are my main things I give them a two star rating for:
–no warmth from the atmosphere or employees
–they promote healthy eating, yet serve processed meats and cheeses
–even at their best, they are just ok

I like Subway in general but this Subway, while convenient drives me bonkers sometimes. It usually has a good crowd for lunch and everything goes seamlessly until you go to sit down. There are tons of 2 top tables but there are about twice as many tables as the space comfortably sits, so you have to find a table where you are not back to back with someone at another table because if you are, then you both won’t fit, which then means that they should remove some of the table or chairs and maybe add a row of bar seating for singles or something. The seating set up here is just annoying.

Their sandwiches are ok and prices decent, however their customer service needs improvement. I ordered two foot long Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches from the lady working the counter. She started putting my order together and halfway through the process, stopped what she was doing, looked up at me, and said to me that I had to pay the full price for my sandwiches and there was no longer a special… I was puzzled as to why she was telling me this. I never asked her about pricing, nor did I ask her about specials. I only asked her to make me two sandwiches and told her what I wanted on the subs. Was she assuming that I could not afford two subs because they raised their prices to around 7 bucks per sub? Why would she start making my sandwich and then stop to tell me halfway thru the order instead of at the beginning? The price hike was not an issue to me, it was the way in which it was communicated. I felt strange in this fast food establishment being treated like this. I kept my cool and allowed her to proceed with the order. I paid the «señorita» and she did not even thank me for my business. It’s a shame that the sandwiches were ok, but one employee made my visit there unpleasant. Sorry, I will not be back.

Really irritated with this Subway. Other Subways are much better. The employees were all fairly incompetent, especially for making a sandwich during the lunch hour.
I was also irritated by the sloppiness of the place. Dishevled chairs, tables, messy counter/​table tops.
Ordered a cold cut trio for the first time… should have known better. Turkey bologna was loaded with sodium. However, that’s a mark against my poor judgement.

I agree with Una H. Subway is Subway. And this Subway is like pretty much all other subways. I like Subway in general. They are not amazing but a good cheap place to get a healthy filling lunch. I like that they have lots of vegetable options to go on your sandwich and that the vegetable taste fresh.

Subway is subway. You get in, you pick your bread, your meat, cheese, toppings, dressing, you pay, you get out, you smell like bread for the rest of the day.
This subway however, the employees are really nice! It’s close to the crib, but every time I go in, the guys here remember me! Last night I saw a sign advertising they would soon be including a reusable lunch bag for kids meals. Well I was excited, (kid at heart here, duh) and I asked if they had them yet. The employee said no and asked me which one was my favorite. Later, while I was paying, he told me to check back Friday and Tuesday. He explained that these were the truck delivery dates, and that I could just call to find out. He also said he might even be able to save one for me, if I couldn’t make it. How cool is he? (The answer is VERY cool, in my book)
