I’ve been traveling for 40 years, and this dump sets a new record low. Filthy, inside and out. Surly. Overcharged from the quoted rate. Didn’t credit Guest Privilege points. Clerk entered our room in the middle of the night claiming we hadn’t paid. I wrote the hotel and Choice International, and got only form letters in return. The list goes on, email me I’ll send you a copy of my letter to Choice giving specifics.
In summary, if this were the only vacancy in the area, I’d sleep in my car. And given the Corporate non-​response, I’ll never stay at ANY of the Comfort Inn chains again.
