VERY fresh ingredients. The quality is really impressive. They have classic sandwiches and paninis, but also serve specials outside of their regular menu. You’re able to create your own sandwich as well to suit your taste. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to accommodate changes to any specific order. My favorites are the Elvis breakfast bagel (bagel with peanut butter, bananas, honey, and powdered sugar) and the breakfast plate, which they accommodate to my healthy-​liking (scrambled eggs topped with fresh, homemade pico de gallo and jalapeños, bacon strips, and spinach… It usually comes with toast and homemade breakfast potatoes, which taste great but I opt out now for extra bacon per my high protein diet). I also like their beef bulgolgi and especially LOVE the way they make my tuna sandwich on wheat with spinach, banana peppers, jalapeño, and mustard. I tried to replicate it at home, but the bread they use cannot be reproduced in my kitchen or is sold anywhere I know of. It’s also very clean and newly upgraded. Overall, it’s a great, healthy, fresh, convenient choice for busy corporate workers who have sedentary jobs in the Davaco office bldg.
