The Steve Madden in the Galleria is the best… The women at Steve Madden in the NorthPark mall are so rude. They’re very snobby. Asking them for help is like pulling teeth. Their was a black young lady who was so rude to me, I just got up left. I just quit shopping at the location and went online. I decided to check out the Galleria location and now I’m hooked. I’s so happy I started shopping here. I’m a huge Steve Madden fan!!! I just want to say there were three nice employees who worked here who I absolutely love. One lady name is was Parie (I’m not sure of the spelling). A white guy who was funny and a cute dread head lady. You guys were so helpful helping my bestfriend and I pick out some shoes. Thank you!!!

I went to the Galleria this weekend for some new dress shoes. I peeked my head into a few stores including Aldo and Zara, but didn’t find what I was looking for. I finally found the perfect pair at Steve Madden.
The best part? They were doing a scratch-​off promotion, so right when I walked in I got a scratch off coupon and won 25% off my purchase. So I bought the new shoes I wanted– and got a discount!
I interacted with 2 staff members (the girl who gave me the coupon and the girl who got my shoes in my size for me) and both were extremely friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with my shoe shopping experience and I will definitely be back!
