As a frequent SBUX patron I have seen REALLY great locations and only a few not so great. This place falls into the latter camp. Went this afternoon about 4pm and they were out of cold brew. While I understand a product outage happens from time to time, the attitude of the cashier was «If you want cold brew you have to be here in the morning». Then why are you open until 9PM? I often order the cold brew at other locations in the evening and many times as late as 10PM. This location needs some refreshers in a) product outage=lost sale (no I did not order something else – I went to a different branded coffeehouse a block away), and b) even some apologetic explanation would have been nice but clearly this is a normal occurrence at this site. Mgmt needs to be around more. I gave it 2 stars because it was at least clean.

Fast and friendly. I was welcomed by a strapping & good looking young man. No, he wasn’t hitting on me, maybe he was just all jacked up on caffeine… or one too many sugar laced pastries… Either way, it was nice to have a friendly smile and «good morning».
When I approached the counter to place my order, again, I was greeted by a friendly & lovely young lady.
Despite asking for ‘room for milk’, perhaps I was still in a mildly groggy (vocal) state & she didn’t hear me, there was no room for milk.
The coffee is predictable, hot & black.

I generally enjoy Starbucks, you know what to expect and they always deliver. I am a former partner and enjoy this consistency. That being said, I also know what it’s like to have people complain about service, it’s a tough job, it gets boring. However, this is an instance I feel a review is needed. There is poor access in the parking lot, the chair I am sitting in is well worn-​in and needs to be replaced as there is also an unpleasant florescent light coming in from the outside making me feel like i’m at a gas station. Knowing that Starbucks often invest thousands of dollars in the planning and design of their stores, with many stores often going through remodels, I think it’s about time for this one. (At least move the chairs so they aren’t all lined up against the wall!!)
What makes this particular Starbucks receive only one star is the fact that I actually felt unwelcome when I walked in! No one acknowledged me whatsoever, they just talked to each other not even looking up, one of the gentlemen wasn’t even in uniform wearing a polo, big no no for the Starbucks’ I’ve work at. As I stood there, a partner finally approached me and asked what I wanted in a very urgent way; still not making eye contact nor did he ask for my name. He set the cup down and walked strait to the back. When I finally, got my drink it was half foam (rookie mistake for a latte!) I stared right at the partner behind the counter and said thank you with absolutely no acknowledgement that I was there.
Again, I hardly every write reviews about Starbucks, because they are usually pretty consistent and very welcoming. However, the regional manager needs to revisit this place, it’s a little rough.

Starbucks is awesome, almost every store has that great atmosphere. Friendly faced employees that can hand craft your favorite coffee or tea. I live Starbucks because, I’m always trying new stuff and they are always trying out different types of drinks. If you get something that you are less than pleased with they will always fix it, or even give you another shot at choosing something more pleasing.

I’ve been going to this one for about a year. I might get a drive from here about 3 times a month. The staff her is always very friendly.

David is wonderful. If there is ever an issue it is corrected quickly.
I vist this starbucks almost every morning and they do a great job, they are very quick. The staff is great, and I look forward to my morning frap. I am not huge on coffee, but the green tea frap is the best drink!
The wifi is an added bonus!

I mean, it’s Starbucks. They can work through a long as line in a hurry. And their coffee is industrial strength. But their cappuccino’s are horrible. And I love cappuccino’s. For that matter, all their espresso drinks suck. Plus, they will put them in a cardboard cup by default. That’s like putting beer in a plastic cup. Nothing wrong with it just with coffee somehow a ceramic cup makes it taste better and with beer a glass makes it taste better. I can’t prove it with math but that’s what my mouth says. Plus, support local! There are a ton of great local coffee shops out there. Go get some great coffee at some local places and see what exceptional coffee tastes like.

The coffee is great and the layout is solid. Appreciate the service.

I’m not a coffee person but oh how I love Starbucks’ green teas & refreshers! Oh… and the sweets *drools*
Dropped by this starbucks on a Saturday morning/​early afternoon just to get a quick cold drink and from the moment I walked in the baristas? (not sure if that’s what they’re called) were very attentive and helpful! There were three workers there and one left before I was finished so I didn’t get his name but Andy & Nicki were awesome! They gave me suggestions on what sweets to try, which cold drinks were the best… even let me in on a little secret — refills are only .54 if you stay in the store. WHAT YOU SAY? LOL!
I wish they were opened later in the night so I could come read my kindle and just be away with a nice cold peach green tea lemonade. Yes, this is now my favorite drink ever. And yes, I got a .54 refill! My favorite treat at Starbucks is there pumpkin scone… oh sweet baby Jesus it is delicious!
Also, right now, treat receipt is back… if you bring your receipt back after 2pm the same day you’ll get a grande iced drink for $ 2. WOOP, WOOP! This visit helped boost me to Green Star level on my rewards card. Oh yeah, ballin!

I don’t drink a lot of coffee but when I do, I like Starbuck’s White Chocolate Mocha-​hot in winter and cold in summer. They also have a really good chai iced tea, cheese and cracker snacks, as well as assorted muffins and pastries. The WiFi is stronger than some locations so it’s a great place to do homework. It is a quiet location even though it is located on a major thoroughfare. It’s fairly easy to access and if you need to pick up groceries, there is an Albertson’s in the same shopping area. Good service is always the deciding factor for me because I can make coffee at home! The service is always good so that is why a lot of folks keep going to this location including me.

The service was good and my iced green tea was perfection. Yay!

Friendly and quick service. I love their salted caramel mocha. Yummm.

ANOTHER Starbucks? Okay, well this one is really close to my house so I come often. It’s smaller than some of the others but at least you can always predict what’s going to come your way. And don’t forget to pick up the cardboard sleeve for your cup BEFORE you get it or you’ll burn your hands!
