This drive Thru is just stupid. I got here at 11:15AM and I just now got my order at 11:44AM. Everything about that is just inefficient and wrong! Secondly, this is the only Starbucks that can not make my drink properly… I specifically ask for a grande iced latte with an EXTRA shot of espresso because I want that bold flavor and that darker color. My drink tastes like milk, and it’s light in color! I told the barista that the other Starbucks always gives me the same drink with a darker color and she says «well, I put a total of 3 shots in there». Needless to say, the drink tastes like milk!

I have been through this Starbucks a few times and the service is always good even though you can tell they get hit HARD every morning. They certainly work their butts off to keep the traffic flowing but due to sheer volume of customers be sure to leave a good bit of extra time on your morning commute if you plan to stop in here!

Why do I torture myself? I frequent lStarbucks all across the country. This one in my opinion haps has to be the very worst establishment for service. It happens to be on my way home. So I keep trying to give them another chance because of convenience. Each time they failed miserably. No more! I had learned my lesson.

Drink was ok and made correctly, but this was the absolute DIRTIEST one I have EVER been to! From the floors needing to be mopped, dirty napkins on the floor near cashier and common areas, and sticky counter tops !! There were 6 people working and there was no line and took 15 minutes to get a pour over. Will not be back and management needs to be fired… because I’m the end this falls on the management and not the employees

This Mockingbird crew is consistent. Efficient drive thru work– check. Short line wait inside — check. Clean restroom– check and bonus stars— never too busy to say Howdy as soon as you step inside.
Due to limited parking this Starbucks ranks high for great coffee and computer work conditions. A few overstuffed leather chairs, several tables inside (more outside on mini patio) and a long 10 seat counter Most of their business is drive thru.

Worst Starbucks ever! I have been to this Starbucks many times since it is close to where I work. Half the time they get the order wrong and never offer a refund you have to ask then they act like you should just accept what they are giving you. The other times they actually leave the expresso out of the drink I kid you not. Three times this has happened to me. Basically I paid 5.50 for caramel flavored milk. Gross

20 minutes now and still waiting on my drink… The parking lot is horribly laid out. We wound up parking in the bank’s drive thru since it’s Sunday and the bank is closed. Everyone working here acts like they hate their life. We asked how much longer for our drinks they said it’s going to be a minute… So rude

So this is a «hidden» Starbucks with a drive thru and a small seating area. The service is friendly enough. They have never messed up my drink so they get points for that as well. The only thing I don’t like about this location is the drive thru can go into the service road of the freeway if it’s busy so that’s not very safe. If you’re a Starbucks addict, you’ll stop.

Always fresh and drinks made to perfection. Staff is helpful and friendly. Always makes me happy to go and get a drink here any time if the day. Place is clean and trash is not over flowing. All the food looks yummy. Drive thru wait as reasonable. Always get the same thing chai tea latte

I would like to give kudos for this particular location they definitely know how to listen well. We pulled into parking lot because we were hauling a trailer and went inside for drinks. The inside was rather tidy and the employees were friendly. My fiancé ordered a iced tiramisu latte and I got the caramel frappucino with extra extra caramel drizzle. Although it took a little longer than normal to get the two drinks prepared we really didn’t mind we weren’t in a big rush. The employees although a little slow with the service turn out a really good drink at this location. Most locations wanna give me a tiny drizzle on my frap but they loaded it up here… AWESOME!!! I mean if your gonna pay $ 5.36 for a drink it should be what you ordered…(some baristas are stingy). Definitely a good place to grab a drink at and will visit when I’m back in this area.

This Starbucks opens at 0500 am and has pretty fast service for a busy location. The drinks are pretty consistent and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that the store is awkwardly situated… They only have a hand full of parking spots and the drive-​thru funnels in from the service road which tends to holdup traffic both coming and going during early rush hour.

This is a very good Starbucks. For one they are very fast. Weather you go inside or go through the drive through. The employees are very friendly. They take care of you with a smile. Even though they are always crowded, they do take care of you and get you out. Next time you are in the area, stop by this Starbucks.

Starbucks gold member here, and this is by far one of the most inconvenient, convenient locations I’ve ever seen or been to. Let me explain:
Inconvenient: the drive through line on any given morning is INSANE! it’s a serious accident just waiting to happen. if you get there early enough (let’s say, about 730 am) people typically park in the Regions drive thru or lot for quicker service inside. I’m really surprised they allowed them to have a drive through given the safety concern. The line just gets worse between 745 – 10 am.
Convenient: well, this location is literally 2 minutes from my job so that’s a good thing, I guess.
Tip to Starbucks: open another location on mockingbird or somewhere on 183 between O’Conner (in Irving) and this location! it’d make my life easier ;)

This is the location between home-​work so unfortunately, you get what you get!
The parking is ridiculous and getting to the drive through is a little wonky.
Basically you pick your battle — wait in the drive through for an obnoxious amount of time, go to work sans-​caffeine or suck it up and go inside to see no sense of urgency happening.
2 stars? I’m not that mean and I’ve worked customer service before. One star by default as it’s the most convenient location between home-​work.

The reviews of this place are so funny. I think this is the easiest Starbucks to get to. Granted, I’ve never been inside, and I also don’t go here until around 9:30, so there’s that. I just fly off 35 and go to the back way into the drive-​thru off the service road. Easy peasy, y’all. Most days the line moves quickly, but there have been some delays here and there. As many years as I’ve been going here you would think I’d have a drive thru friend, but the staff seems to never be the same. Not sure what’s up with that. Any who, it’s an easy, mostly fast Starbucks that’s on my way to work. Win!

After going there two dozen times or so, some of the baristas there know my «regular» drink. And I’m happy to say that there have been no more mis-​made drinks (where sugar free vanilla got accidentally substituted for hazelnut). Iced coffee’s taste has also improved somewhat too.
One big downside to this location is that the parking lot is small… only about 6 non-​handicapped spots. Makes everyone crowd through the drive through, which is very slow during coffee hour (mornings). There is another parking lot for sbux up the ramp near the Regions bank building. You will still save a lot of time parking farther and going in vs going through the drive though! Don’t park in the Regions bank spots, because they WILL tow like a hawk!
