Starbucks

I used to come here often and I hate that I was treated like a child just for being young. Only one woman working behind the counter was really nice and treated me equally to all customers before and after me. One guy there always treated me like I didn’t know anything. The drinks were good and the orders came out fast which is something I like. However, I got fed up with the way all the other employees acted towards me. When I go to the building there, I already have a drink from any other Starbucks near my school or another coffee shop.

I love frappucinos ! Anybody who knows me knows that I am but a simple man. I don’t like hot coffee and I never change my Starbucks order. Ever ! So I never have a problem when I go to my regular Starbucks or any other Starbucks for that matter. I say Java Chip Frap with NO whip cream. I almost always get a Java Chip Frap with NO whip cream.
This Starbucks is a rebel. They refuse to give the customer what he wants. I have been here three times and all three times they have given me a Java Chip Frap with whip cream. The first time was ok. I just asked them to remove it (even though it said clearly on the cup WC with a line through it. The second time was like «ok, fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me». However, today was the exact same thing. I finally got my drink and what do you know? There’s a cup with a round top and a recognizable substance on the top that I know for a fact I told them I did not want.
So I was very polite, as I almost always am, and I asked her to remove it. I handed her the cup in such a manner that she could see the WC with a slash through it. It’s not that difficult. When you see a sign that has a slash through it, that means you stop and go no further. At a swimming pool, there are pictures of people diving with a slash through them. Guess what that means. On some sidewalks there are pictures of people walking with a slash through them. That means do not walk there. Attention to detail is important. I never thought whip cream would have such an affect on me but… It did

This is probably the smallest, most awkwardly located Starbucks around but I guarantee everyone knows about it. The baristas are always friendly and wacky. Plus, Panda will feel extra happy and sing tunes! She’s also hilarious lol…
They have been much busier since the Magnolia Hotel Starbucks closed and I believe they are handling the larger crowd well. The usual merchandise is available to purchase like tumblers, of course bags of coffee, music, etc.

Steady paced, good customer service, never got a order wrong even when they act like they don’t want to be there.
Jeremy, Ashton, Panda, and Prissy are cool 80% of the time.
Bri and Karlene are always sweet, they crack good jokes too.

FRIENDLIEST STARBUCKS EVER!!!
I went SUPER early and there was a long line and they were the friendliest and more awake people ever.
I seriously wanted to stay and chat with them.
OMG the service… damn!
Drink was great too!

It’s Starbucks! Consistent as usual and friendly staff. :)

Long morning lines. Moves at a decent pace. Longer wait for your actual order. Go after rush hour.

This is a great Starbucks in Renaissance Tower. If I can’t make coffee at home, I know that I can count on a great coffee on my walk from the Ren Tower garage to the elevators. Plus, Panda is probably one of the friendliest baristas in any Starbucks that I’ve visited. Who doesn’t love buying coffee from her?

Seems to be the average Starbucks at this location, nothing really stuck out to me. As usual, I got my coffee and I don’t have any complaints. The place was clean and the staff was friendly, definitely a Starbucks location that I will be back to.
