I sent my order over and paid for it online so that I wouldn’t have to wait in line because I’m 7.5 months pregnant. I got there and it took them 30 minutes to find the order. I stood there and waited. No apology, no discount. I got home. My poster was wrinkled and some of the pages of my other file were blank. I went back to get this fixed and they couldn’t find my files. Terrible service. I will never go back.

They were out of the packaging material we needed and then we had to stand and wait forever to get help. They have way too many people standing around. $ 8 for bubble wrap seems high.

I ordered an item online and had it shipped to the store. I tried calling this location twice and was put on hold for over 10 mins. I was calling to confirm my deliver was at this location since it doesn’t give an address in the email confirmation and to have an easy pick up. They staff was slow and seemed confused on what to do and couldn’t find my order. I had already paid for the items and just needed to pick them up. They finally found it after 20 mins. They staff was not friendly or helpful. I thought this would be EASY, it was not! I will not be going back here again, and I would not recommend it because of the bad customer service, losing purchased orders, slow service(over 20 mins in the store for simply picking up a paid item and no other customers where in the store) and not being easy like their slogan!

I went to make copies. First printer had issues — perpetual«clear paper jam» message. I cleared the jam … and it happened again. Opening the printer usually makes the staff leap over the counter to help… but not this staff. So I scribbled a note that said, «OUTOFORDER» and left it on the printer, for the next poor person who comes along, so they won’t waste their time trying to fix the machine. I went to the other printer… that one was out of toner. I didn’t bother to make a note. IF any of the copy staff had even glanced in my direction, I would have let them know there was a problem. But they were very skilled at avoiding eye contact. What’s a girl to do… but leave and go to another store, their neglect gives their competitors business!

terrible. this place was next door to where i was going so i thought i would stop in to get a headset. right when i walked in i was 4 peeps waiting at the printing counter and 5 peeps waiting to check out. i walked around to find what i wanted to look at and saw 3 workers talking to each other about where to place product. the cashier called for a backup cashier but these 3 workers didn’t help out. won’t be back.

It’s an office supply store. They have most of what you will need here. If you shop around, some items are well priced(i.e., cheaper than Target or other places). Look for sales and coupons. This location is clean and the staff is friendly!

I know, I know. It’s a chain office supply store but what on Earth could warrant five stars? Quite simply– the staff. TWICE the staff here has saved my sorry ass from receiving a failing grade. I’ve had to scan over 500 pages of paperwork and convert to PDF and send it to TWU in a timely manner. They’ve done it all for me AND cut me a price break. Seriously. Shout out to Turner at the print shop because he is the man. I don’t go to a whole lot of office supplies stores but this particular location is my go-to and they seem to have everything I need. Props to you guys, Preston/Forest location. See you again next semester!

The wait time for this place is forever… But other than that the service is pretty good! The lady that helped me fax off my stuff was very nice and apologized for my long wait. Stuff here is pretty pricey though :(

Stephen the«easy tech» really helped me out with some reward coupons. Thought I was going to spend an hour getting the run around, but was in and out in 5 min with no hassle. Nice to have an office supply where somebody actually knows his store and values customer service!
