The vision of an Uptown high-​rise complex at Davis and Bishop disheartens me. BUT, if it’ll take this Sonic off the map — I welcome it!
SONIC, You should pay ME to cope with your idiocy!
They apparently have a new policy tonight (enacted by the dazzlingly brilliant «server» that happened to appear with my order this evening): YOU CANNOT USE A GIFT CARD UNLESS IT IS FOR THE EXACT AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE! You cannot combine a gift card with cash to pay for your order if it exceeds the amount of the gift card.
After a concise refutation, I was told «You just can’t use both cash and a gift card!»
To think I drove to this Sonic to avoid the frequent poor service at the Ft Worth Ave location… Your DQ Blizzard knock-​off isn’t worth arguing over…

Love the drive through option. Not all Sonic’s offer this other way to experience their American fare. Which they would offer a cup holder when ordering 2 drinks or more. Would recommend this location.

I love Sonic, mainly for their ice and millions of beverage creation options! I’ve never really had a bad experience food-​wise with Sonic – old fry here, not-​so-​sweet-​tea there but nothing that ever drives me away forever lol.
This trip was just a run in-​out after church, before work… and it never fails, when you’re in a rush, no one else is. It took about 10 minutes to get our order, which frustrated me of course. But other than that, no complaints… food was fresh and gooooood!

I don’t know if it’s all Sonic’s do it but I know this one does it has happy hour from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and all drinks are half price. I don’t know about you but I sure like happy hour so off we went. Me with a large lime ‘Real Fruit Slush’ and my side kick with a large lemon-​berry ‘Real Fruit Slush’ both were deliciously good, not too sweet not to tart just perfect. The service was super prompt and we were provided napkins and straws a plenty. It was a lovely afternoon happy hour pick me up drink that didn’t contain any alcohol. Bring your kids to happy hour at Sonic’s and let them enjoy one of their Famous Slushes.
