Sonic

The reason this particular Sonic is receiving such a low review is because of several reasons.
We decided to use the drive thru because we were in a bit of a hurry. We wanted to get four drinks and be on our way. We waited about 7 minutes without anyone saying anything at the drive thru speaker. We called several times and finally gave up. –1 star
Then we decided to pull up to the actual window where the customer service was simply awful. Several girls were so rude, apparently because we didn’t keep waiting at the speaker another 7 min.

We finally got our drinks. I ordered a strawberry limeade. This is my favorite drink and I know specifically how it should taste, especially because 2 days ago, I ordered it. Well, the strawberry limeade was only limeade.

If I could, I would give this Sonic experience 0 stars, because making me wait at the speaker that long is unacceptable. I would NEVER wait that long at any other fast food restaurant. And I know Sonic is known for its use of carhops but you can’t slack on any other area of the restaurant, including drive thru and dine in area.

This sonic is a special anomaly why because it’s one of the biggest sonic I have ever seen and how lucky can you get its right here in the OC. They have a lot drive up order spaces, a play ground for the kiddies and a dine in area. The food is sonic and can rather good or rather poor, but the shakes and slushy drinks are amazing and my personal favorite a vanilla ocean water with extra vanilla give it a try it’s my drink since my high school day.

This is one of the nicest Sonic’s I have ever visited. Their parking/​ordering stalls straddle both sides of the main building, with plenty of over flow parking. To my surprise, indoor seating is a bonus option. Which is great to have an out of car Sonic experience.
In addition, there is a true drive through window, not a car hop line. Plus a good sized play ground is available for the kiddies to play on. My service today was fast & friendly, everything one can hope for. This is truly a well ran location. I will be back many times over.
