They came out to do the initial survey. The aftermath is I have had to hire an electrician to come fix my electrical panel and an a.c. guy to come fix a broken thermostat. Thanks for breaking stuff and running away…

I despise this company. Our rate is .0802/​Kwh, a rate that is very close to the nominal rate charged by an electrical carrier. Although we have a fixed rate for twenty years I have seen where they are now including escalation charges in their contracts. Solar power has seen dramatic decreases in their costs due to innovation. There is no provision to enhance our home with the lowered costs associated with the new innovations. I would never use this company if I had the opportunity of choice again. They have been offering a 250.00 bonus for getting people to sign up with them. Do not believe we will ever get this benefit. 19 years left of this agony.
