I have been a member of the North Dallas Snap Fitness for over two years and have found the staff to be extremely helpful. The trainers are excellent and always available to members who need help with their workout routine. The equipment is always working and it is a clean facility. It is a good small neighborhood gym.

I recently moved to the area and decided it was time to find a gym. I’m pretty particular when it comes to where I want to work out. This gym is clean, small and really perfect for what I want to do. When I asked about the poor review, they knew exactly what I was talking about and addressed it in a professional manner and I felt really great about it. I also like the 24 hour access as I have a crazy hospital schedule. I would recommend this gym for anyone who is passionate about their fitness, or anyone starting their fitness journey.

This isn’t really a gym for individuals. I found the space constantly occupied by trainers. I would say that this is more of a studio leased out to trainers at a contracted rate. I found it hard to concentrate and workout during the daytime. This location is very small in terms of available space, you feel cramped. Also, the young man that works at the counter is partial to certain members. I guess you get the attitude if you choose to workout without a trainer. Maybe it’s a tactic to get you to use a trainer? I’m not sure… Anyway, I wouldn’t waste your time or money. There are plenty of other options in the North Dallas area, and much better for the price.

I’ve been going to this gym since April 2013. The facility is clean. The equipment top notch. The staff are super. I haven’t worked out for over 20 years and the change to my body is phenomenal. Get with Fred, Todd, Weldon, or any of the other trainers. They will find out where you are physically and get you where you want to go. No contracts. Low rates. Good equipment. Open 24 hours. Can’t ask for anything more.
