I love the staff! They are so informative and great at what they do! I have the membership deal which allows me to have unlimited visits and I’m definitely taking advantage of it!!! I have tried the micro current and micro needle. I also love getting the laser lipo with the sauna.

I purchased a groupon for 4 sessions of this new fad of laser lipo. What a waste of time and $$$. I’m 5’3 and weigh about 137. My trouble area is My mid section. I workout about 5 times a week and just wanted to see a little more definition in My core area. I experienced no change, whatsoever. This is a big gimmick. The technician said that she has seen results in people who have had 24 of these sessions. 24! Do you know how expensive that is? That’s about a cost of $ 1600! If not, MORE! You might as well go and get the real thing. I will never waste My time or money again. Lesson learned, I shall continue to watch what I eat and continue My exercise, I’m sure I’ll get the same results in the same amount of time, except I’ll have the money resting safely in My bank account. The tech’s are sweet and professional, however, the treatments are a complete scam.

I absolutely love this place! Words will never describe my true feelings for Skin Body Soul. My first visit I bought the Black membership because I loved the girls! They are so great. Going in the first time I didn’t know how good of a value it would be… I wondered if they would want to fit me in for all of the unlimited services, and they were so amazing about scheduling your next services before I left. The girls thoroughly educate you on the services you are receiving. I live in McKinney and happily make the drive to Dallas 2 – 3 times a week. I am recommending this place to everyone I know!

Have had an excellent experience with this spa! The ladies there are great, professional with a lovely attitude. The office and equipment appear to be in clean and good repair. I purchased a special advertised on their site and haven’t had any additional charges as mentioned in other reviews. I will be returning and would recommend to a friend without hesitation.

Spa is located on the 3^rd floor of a Medical Building not really in University Park but next to Presby. The spa is clean and the staff here is wonderful always going out of their way to accommodate you.
They have a really nice waiting area with free samples like the other Skin Body locations. They also have an MD here and an MA which is cool because a lot of the other locations have a DC as Medical Director. They offer all services here except Botox and Fillers. They told me they might be opening a new location in Plano soon I sure hope so!

Do not go here. I bought a groupon. And they said I need a card on file just in case I don’t show, they will charge $ 25, nothing else. If so they will tell me first. After my Groupon was up. They charged me $ 399 per month. And when I asked them to remove me they wouldn’t. They also convince me for an extra $ 100 I can get unlimited spa treatments. I specifically asked if they did BASIC facial?, the manager said yes. So I Bought it, when It was time to book my facial the girls said «sorry, I don’t do basic facial, I only do chemical peels» are u kidding me? So I booked anyways. The next day the girl doesn’t even show up. Because «it sounded like I didn’t want a chemical peel» …but didn’t I make an appointment with u??! When I asked to get a refund. The manager kept saying she’s on it. But they never answer my calls. And BTW their business phone is a cell phone. So I’m sure they saved my number to avoid answering. But if you text, they’ll answer… Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

BE WARE!!! DO NOT USE!!! They will continually charge your credit card without authorization and never return phone calls!

OMG amazing service! Lisa did an amazing job and was great to educate me about the process and also in how to get the most of my procedure. I did just what she said and in 3 weeks after 6 procedures I lost 3 inches in my waist. I dropped over a size. I feel amazing and I will for sure keep on going. Thanks Lisa!

This was a great place. Lisa Drake is a delight, she makes every appointment a joy. Lisa keeps everything very clean and ready to go. She is knowledgeable and very nice to work with, on every procedure. I highly recommend going!
