Décor was nice, the catering fairly good and the bartenders helpful. Went to an event with about 300 and it was just the right size. Only complaint was it was dimly lit which made non professional photos difficult. Convenient hotels nearby.

Loved this venue!!! It was set up perfectly for check-in, a step and repeat, etc. It is already organized, decorated, and painted extremely trendy. The fact that you wouldn’t have to decorate this venue makes it a huge selling point. Also the bathrooms were great, there were plenty for a large crowd and there was never a line.

The venue is outstanding. The people on the other hand are slightly less. My fiancé and I were set to have our reception here. We went to see the venue, met with a woman, gave her date, time, and number of people. We were told we would get an email Monday. By Wednesday I called to make sure our information was passed along. On Friday we were sent an email. The email stated please look over the menu and let us know. I sent back suggestions and questions. From there it went down hill, I spoke to at least four different staff members including Wendy Krispin who obviously did not speak to each other, sent four more emails, and got increasingly frustrated. I am a vegetarian so I would like more veggie friendly options. I also had given a budget to stay under. Apparently Wendy doesn’t read her emails and/or speak with her employees because I had asked if we could provide serving items, beverages, and linens to save some money. I was told that was fine by supposedly Wendy on email. She then called me and when I brought this up to make sure it was reflected on the new quote she scoffed at me and became extremely rude. I just told her id like a new quote with two veggie options and to take off the for mentioned items. Two days later I get a quote for a dollar more per person, food items I distinctly said we could not have on it and a new charge for $ 85 for ice and bar fruit. Sorry $ 85 for ice and limes(we’re only serving beer and wine) is ridiculous.

Correction — Please note that credit for designing the space goes to architect Reuben Walters of EnCO. . — Reuben was instrumental in finding the space, developing the space plan and designing the quirky — fun elements which seem ‘random’(love tunnel, soffit planes, etc.) laid out through the floorplan. Also, he acquired permits, oversaw construction administration, and even came up with the original name«7 @150.» The space would not have existed without the talent of Mr. Walters. Reg Land chose wall colors and wall«art,» and moved his furniture and accessories into the finished space, from his previously(city-enforced) closed space on Riverfront.
