If you want a company who breaks their appointment obligations at the last minute then this is the place for you. I am a Highland homeowner and also a real estate agent who sells over 40 homes per year and this is the most unprofessional company that I have come across in 10 years. We scheduled a week in advance for servicing to comply with a contract where a buyer had requested servicing on a home that was about to close. They call during the time of the scheduled appointment to say that they can’t make it and that they are booked for the next day. How can you call a customer to tell them you are breaking your appointment during the scheduled time of said appointment and have the gall to say you can not even make it the next day. After telling the woman over the phone about our contract obligation she said they would make sure to get us in the next day and scheduled us. The next day, they call again during the scheduled time to break their appointment and tell us to call back to reschedule some other time. We called another company who came out at the scheduled time and day and ended up saving my Seller $ 90.00 as their price was also more reasonable.

We’ve been using this company for more than a decade for our AC and furnace maintenance. During a recent tune up we were told that our units were at the age when small problems start to turn into expensive problems, and I had no qualms about buying a new AC and furnace from Service Experts. I believe that we got a decent price and they worked with me on a payment schedule, so that was appreciated. The installation team showed up on time early in the morning. I won’t go into all of the gory details, but installation took 8 hours, and then they took another 4 hours trying to figure out why nothing worked. Finally, in the evening they left and I had an incompletely installed AC. They did set it so the old thermostat would work so at least we had AC that night. My understanding was that a technician would arrive around 4pm the next day to finish the install. At 5:10 they called to say the guy could not make it but they could send someone else who would arrive around 6:30pm. I declined. On the third day they sent a technician who arrived before 8am and worked for 3.5 hours getting the install done correctly. Everything is now working and the install is finally finished. The installation was a trying ordeal, but in the end I am hopeful that the unit I bought will last a long time and give me the energy savings that were promised. I would go 3.5 stars because they did try hard, stuck with it, and did a decent job cleaning up, which is rare these days.

I called at 6 pm to get help with my air contditioner my fan capacitor was out i had this replaced 6 weeks ago and that technician put the wrong size capacitor he was in and out in less then 30 min, the new technician CHAD came within a hour of my call took the time to look at my fan checked the size he knew the last guy had to of put the wrong size in, he charged me a fair price of explained that my air conditioner compressor may be going out soon, he took about an hour, very nice and knowlegeable, i will recommend this company and i will use then again
