Great for a good cup of coffee. Personally, I don’t care for their mixed and frozen coffees. They are too processed and artificial. Typically, I order a double espresso. It is always fresh and flavorful. The espresso shots are much more competitively priced that other coffee shops. Their drip coffee is always hot and fresh. The staff is great, very friendly, and they quickly learn your name after a few visits.

Bye-​bye Starbucks. We had a good run. I would say that it’s not you, but me, but we both know it is the both of us. Your prices just do not compete and I get such stellar customer service. So with this I say good-​bye and hello to my new love… you sister company… Seattle’s Best.

A Starbucks subsidiary that changes it up. Even though they are owned by the same, I have always preferred the no frills approach from SBC and it’s certain flavor. The «new» concept is similar to all the small drive-​thru pop up coffee shops in Seattle. I welcome these new «clean and sterile feeling» Seattle’s Best shops as they remind me of my trips to Seattle.
I still ultimately prefer the mom and pop shops that serve REAL Espressos, Cortados and Lattes with Latte Art to these chain Coffee spots, however, this’ll get it done in a pinch.

I’m already very impressed by the quality of the customer service and friendly attitude and atmosphere provided by the employees. The coffee is top notch and they are very prompt to get your drinks out as fast as they can.

So far so good, I haven’t had any lattes or other drinks yet but I do plan. On coming back. The ice coffee was perfectly made not to sweet or to bitter coffee was brewed right along with customer service that was friendly however I hope they stay consistent. Ill will compliment and review on the other beverages in the future.
