I had a great experience. I found the entire staff to be helpful, knowledgable and timel and responsive to my requests. It’s not a huge office and is therefore very personal. I’m mid treatment of the acute allergies and will decide if I’m going to do the whole treatment to eliminate once I have more knowledge. Dr. Schroeder answered all my questions, was very personable and explained how it all worked. I found her to have a great «bed-​side» manner, professional and personable. I’m VERY happy with my care thus far.

By far the WORST clinic I have ever been to! First of all, the hours are terrible to begin with, but what they don’t mention is that during the summers they are open 2 DAYS A WEEK. I specifically called to ask about hours before I ordered my allergy serum, had my first appointment, and only once I had paid for the HUGE bill did the MA tell me the true hours. On the phone she told me Monday through Thursday 9 – 5. Once I was a patient she told me they are closed an hour and a half for lunch two of the days and that I could only get an appointment on Tuesdays or Thursdays! I. was. shocked. I would consistently get e-​mails from the clinic… «Dr. Schroeder will be out for the next two weeks so we will be having shot clinic Monday morning and the next Tuesday afternoon. Have a great week!» Spring Break, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break… Vacations… Summer… NEVER OPEN. If you have a job, kids, a life… Run from this clinic, I promise. Her MA would complain if she was having a bad day while giving me my shots and on nice Spring days, they LEAVE ALL THE WINDOWS AND DOORS OPEN. In an allergy clinic. Are you kidding me? They tried to bill me twice on things, and Dr. Schroeder never even made eye contact with me during appointments. Talking to her back while she typed on the computer. piss-​poor performance, service, care. You name it, they are bad at it. You’ll get more attention here if you ask for Botox or laser hair removal the than if you ask for medical treatment. Leave it. There are too many good, honest allergists practicing in Dallas that are open during these hours, plus weekends and evenings, that can take better and more efficient care of you.
