I cant say enough about Sandy. She is a relentless advocate making sure no aspect of the real estate goes unattended, unnoticed, or under-​appreciated. My condo in the Cedars was a very difficult property to get approved. My bank pulled out 3 days before closing because of the «uniqueness» of the property. Sandy scrambled to find another lender… best part is they came in a lower rate and better terms. She is magician!
Thanks Sandy for all you do. She will be coming to our house-​warming party when we have it… and I think that says it all :)
