Sandra and Olivier’s Boutique

I drive by this place EVERY morning going to work and then one day, they put out the a really cute dress that I had to try on. Yes, there marketing strategy worked — hook, line and sinker.
I’m so glad I went in. Olivier is French and has fantastic taste. He was able to tell us different styles and dress options. The dress was amazing but out of my size :(. Oh well… Just means I got to go back for something else!

High-​end boutique clothier with quality threads for guys and gals. Olivier was quite friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on sizing and laundering. I never felt pressured or that I was being watched, a huge turn at other shops nearby. Found a nice shirt and wore it out of the shop. Happy to support local businesses such as this!

This review is for Sandra (whom some of you might remember from Avalon Salon in West Village a few years ago):
Sandra is, above and beyond, the *BEST* waxer in Dallas. Possibly the whole damn country. I’m serious. When I’ve moved away (and I have, and moved back, several times), I’m always terrified of finding someone new because they won’t be as good as Sandra. And they’re not. There were times when I would wait to visit home before booking my bikini wax, even 3 months out, boyfriend or no.
She’s quick, painless, and friendly. And she has an eye for detail. She’s the only waxer I trust to clean up with a pair of tweezers; she never pinches the skin. And she will schedule via text which really makes it for me; I can always look back and see when I made my appointment.
And she’s a doll. Very confident and comfortable. She gave my sister her first bikini and eyebrow wax days before her wedding; that’s a lot of trust right there. Let’s just say that I had to listen to my sis complain for months afterward because she couldn’t find someone as good in Brooklyn. Still hasn’t.
I’ve not gotten a chance to really look through the new boutique, but I’ve purchased several pieces from Sandra as I’ve followed her over the years; all high quality construction and very stylish. When I walked through it today to get to my appointment, it looked to be more of the same. Will check it out when I have more time…
I’m so glad my aesthetician has found a permanent home (finally!) and that she’s no longer in Addison! Welcome back!

The owners are amazing and the boutique is adorable. I had my brows waxed and both the atmosphere and service was superb. I plan to go back soon!
