Salata has great salad options. The price is a bit steep for veggies but we all know fresh salads are not dollar menu items. I’m a fan of their salmon and shrimp so to keep cost below $ 10, I will get the wrap that comes with very tasty pita chips. Now some days my stomach is at war with me so I will get the full size salad that comes with your choice of bread. Lettuce choices are spinach, kale, Salata Mix, & spring mix. Those who prefer a meatless salad can get tofu and various beans for protein. Other proteins include chicken, turkey, and ham(seasonal). Salmon, shrimp, & turkey will cost you an extra $ 1. You can also add half an avocado to your creation for an extra $ 1.50. They serve soups and have desserts at the register. You can buy a bottle of dressing from them too. Overall, you can get a satisfying salad or wrap here made with very fresh ingredients and the service is swift.

Salata is a great place for fresh salads(or salad wraps). They have taken the Chipotle concept(fresh, quality food served fast) and applied it to salads. You can pick any type of «green»(spinach or romaine or kale) and then top it with any number of veggies or fruits. You can add some different types of chicken($ 2) to the salad or wrap too. For $ 8(even), you can get a good sized salad with any number of toppings. It makes for a great, healty lunch alternative to the other options in the Renaissance Tower food court like Taco Bell or pizza. Salata opened in(or near) the food court in Renaissance Tower in early 2013. Technically, Salata is located in the concoursebetween Renaissance Tower and One Main Place.
