Had an early lunch there today. Bacon cheeseburger was fine and the French fries were great. The hamburger was cooked just as I had asked. Service was pretty good… no complaints. Ruby Tuesday’s used to have a salad bar that set them apart from all other chains… lots of fruit. But no more. Bummer The place was clean and orderly and I will go back.

I love the croutons! Salad bar is the best part of the visit. The hostess continuously cleans the whole time you are there, BUT doesn’t clean her hands as she hands you the menus at the table. The wait staff plays with each other at the bar so service times are slower than they should be. You can hear kitchen conversations in the dinning room. The manager will come by to check and refill the drinks(and apologize for the wait time) but the wait staff acts annoyed when you agree to the cheddar biscuits they offer.

Ask for Philip. We have been coming here for a long time. The food is always hot and cooked to order. We enjoy chatting with Philip while we are here. Great job philip!

I decided to give this restaurant another try. We came here for the Seasonal Sam Adams they had on tap. Unfortunately, as if I expected something different… they still have Winter Lager on tap because the manager won’t change until the keg is blown. I even offered to pay for the rest of the keg and they declined. Nothing new… we came in October and they were: all serving Summer Ale. Makes me wonder if they keep kegs this long… how long do they keep food? The only thing that is worth coming here for us the shrimp and grits.

without a doubt they have the worst service of any restaurant I have been to. Not sure if it is in the management, kitchen, or waitress group… If you want to wait for your food or never get a refill or another drink, give it a go … otherwise, stay away– Doesn’t matter if the food is good… you may never get it… and, you will stay thirsty my friend(no pun intended) …

My favorite American chain restaurant — and I’m not such a fan of chains — is Ruby Tuesday. One main reason: I’m a sucker for salad bars. I’ve been to a bunch of Ruby Tuesdays throughout the U.S., and I’m impressed with their consistency. This one follows form, and our server, Phillip was friendly and efficient. Once I get past the salad and those surprisingly good garlic biscuits, I find the food average, at best. Though to be fair, the restaurant appeals to its target market. I usually get a piece of fish or grilled chicken, but this time I chose a hamburger — a big, greasy fattening one topped with straw onions — and I found it pretty darned good. The three of us shared a bottle of Gnarly Head Chardonnay, and we left the restaurant content and with full bellies.

Consistently great service! Waiter Philli Tia the absolute best… we will be back & will ask for him by name! Food was fresh & delicious. Petite Sirloin a little fatty but everything else perfect!

The only reason taking one star off is because they run out of the garlic breads or they just forget them all together. 5 Stars: BBQ Baby Back Ribs are to Die for! eaten 4 times My girl has a hole in her chin! but still took home over half of it to go!(she couldn’t finish it) 5 Stars: Chicken Fresco eaten 4 times with a good Angry Orchard Hard Cider! YUM! 5 Stars: Chicken Bella eaten 3 times with a good Angry Orchard Hard Cider! YUM! 2 Stars: Sirloin Steak Lobster Tail eaten 1 times /Lobster was part done and part under cooked.(kinda nasty)(could have made me Really sick!) Steak was Great! I too ordered the Green Beans and will never do it again! Good God talk about nasty! Broccoli was Awsome! NOT limp and over cooked but not raw either… Perfect Veggie! 4 Stars: Coffee /Didn’t have chicory in it! but the cups are just too damn small! lol 3 Stars: They tend to over cook fried foods /or the grease needed changing but that is like most everyone else’s restaurants. 3 Stars: Salad Bar Is Fresh and Fantastic -=- but way too small! We(my girl and I) eat there at least once a week when in the neighborhood: D We love most of the staff and management and they know our faces by site now and greeted us within the 2 visit so they are paying attn to their guests and because of that i have given them 4 full stars over all. Still hoping one day to have enough room for one of those Fantastic Looking and totally fastening Deserts! **sorry hon i cant get in to my jeans ’cause i ate the desert at Ruby Tuesdays!^^

Extremely varied experiences at this location. I have been there several times. Half of those times, the food was good(for chain food), and the service was good to very good. The other times, the food was sloppily prepared or not cooked correctly, and the service was very sluggish-to-bad, even when they’re not busy. On my last experience, I ordered a crab cake with green beans, which I had ordered there before. The first time I got it, the crab cake was fresh, good sized, and the green beans were cooked perfectly. The next time, the crab cake was barely more than half the size of the time before, looked like it had been dropped, and the green beans were literally black on one side. Took forever for the waitress to check on us and when I showed the green beans she replaced them several minutes later with something that was apparently microwaved quickly(and still not cooked). I can say that the salad bar has been consistently good though, so I guess if you just want to go and get that you’re safe. Otherwise, I’m not really sure what to say — it’s a gamble and can be very good, or, very bad at this location. I’ll average out to three stars(barely).

This place is proof that a restaurant can live off location alone. We had a good server, but she was thrown in the weeds by her hostess, who filled her section within a few minutes of our arrival, so empty beverages were the norm. This was followed by filthy plates at the salad bar, and mediocre entrée quality. Highlight was the Asian Dumpling appetizer, which was excellent, those and the server’s efforts earned the 3 stars, otherwise this would have been lower. Not a good representative of the chain.

I don’t understand the other reviews for this place. I went last week and the food and service were both fantastic. This place was not on par with Chili’s or Fridays, or Applebees… it’s much better. Closer to Outback. Went with 2 others. Two of us ordered the 7 oz. sirloin cooked medium. They both came out perfect. Absolutely fantastic. Fries are good, grilled green beans were ok, needed a little more flavor. We had a great server. I will say that the salad bar here is smaller than any other Ruby Tuesday I have been too. They didn’t have a few things… like pepperoncinis. That seemed strange. The place is clean and the décor is tasteful. I will be back now that I have stopped in finally.

The service was was the only real reason I gave this place 3 stars. The food was something I could have cooked better at home. The salad bar didn’t look good walking through so we didn’t even try it. The food came and mine was luke warm. My husbands steak was supposed to be med rare and it was almost well. The appetizer came out right before the food so we didn’t even get to enjoy it. For one of the only places like it in the area they really need to step it up.

Had great service, no complaints there. But, the food just came across as the equivalent of a oven cooked frozen dinner. It just did not seem fresh. To me, Ruby Tuesday’s competes with Chilli’s and TGI Fridays. They come in 3rd in my opinion.
