Rosemont at Hickory Trace

Where do I start, Rosemont at Hickory Trace, has fallen way below standards, in a few years, they will be an updated version of projects.
They only have one maintenance person on duty, so work orders are pushed back or never done. The property manger is hardly ever on duty, and when he is there, he will give you a song and dance answer, to justify what happened or is going to happen. There are sooooo many unruly kids over here, until they are taking over. The kids are defiant, and have no respect for adults or themselves. They fight all the time, the property is constantly nasty from kids, taking out the trash, versus and adult. You would not believe how many burglaries have occurred, and how often the police has to be called out to get things back in order.
My suggestion, if you want a safe place to live, without drama, and mess. then this is not the place for you.
