Signed up two years ago, without realizing the agreement carried over until I cancelled it. They settled my property taxes this past year for a 17% increase, without advising me. The previous year was no great savings either when I compared notes with a neighbor who represented himself. When I questioned Resolute, they could not advise what comps they used or provide insight into their methodology. Their representation was poor, their service after I raised the issue mute. They just keep sending a bill. Bottom line, avoid this company at all costs. Find another one or represent yourself. A scam if ever there was one.
