Residence Inn by Marriott

Great place to stay! 20 mins from everything!
They stay up late if you are arriving on a late flight. Trish was so pleasant at midnight when we checked in and we still got an awesome room!
Breakfast is standard and good :)

The most discussing hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms smells like urine, feeling leaks water and paint bubbled, got moved into another room and just as bad.

Staying here right now for a week. They charged us when we made the reservation, then charged us again when we got here.
The staff is pretty friendly, but not very helpful.
Overall, the place needs better maintenance. What truly disgusted me is the pool. There is dirt and sand at the bottom of it, no filtration to have it smelling clean, or at least like chlorine and they leave twigs and leaves floating around until someone asks to clean it.
What was frustrating was having to ask them for a new key two times already because the others stopped working.
I was sleeping when maid service came by, but when I woke up they were cleaning a room a couple room doors down, and I asked if they could go back because I needed new towels and had no toilet paper. Then she seriously told me «I’ll see if I can» I went to sit by the pool since I couldn’t swim in it, and when I was on my way out the woman told me she would do it, and it still hasn’t been done. I had to go to the front desk and ask for what the maids should have done.
Shuttle service is nice, the front desk staff is nice and the breakfast is good which is why it gets two stars.
Then, the bathroom ceiling began leaking! They came and put some putty over it and left it at that.
Please improve your maintenance! !!

Booked this room probably a month in advance. Didn’t have any issues with the staff however the room is mediocre. No carpet ANYWHERE in the room. We had to ask for more towels because there wasn’t enough for a single family. The dishes (pots) were either missing or non-​existent. We got the room because it had a stove but there was only 2 pots. A skillet and a big pot. Once we got settled we decided to go out for some air around the facility. This place isn’t kid-​friendly. There’s a pool and a basketball/​tennis court. No balls available. Nothing for kids to play on. It’s all business here. For the price it’s not worth it to me. But you’d have to come and be the judge all for yourself.
Wait…there’s more. The location isn’t anywhere close to any restaurant or gas station. Keep that in mind.
And let me not forget about the pets that have been here. I love pets but the housekeeping didn’t bother to clean up the pet hairs. Not enough pillows. The pullout bed had some sort of napkin/​tissue folded inside of it.

— We asked for adjoining suites when we made the reservation — my husband called 4 days ahead of our reservation date to check and was told that the hotel had us marked down for adjoining or at least on the same floor. When we arrived, we were told that they didn’t have 2 suites on the same floor but they could put us on different floors in the same building
— Staff: friendly on the surface but really not very helpful
— Breakfast: very good but very crowded — they opened up another room for extra seating
— Elevator: broke the 2^nd morning and stayed broken till we left
— Missing from one of the suites: skillet, spatula, colander, iron. Fortunately, our 2^nd suite had these items stocked
— Worst problem of the 3 night visit, and the reason for 1 star rating: we killed a small beetle-​like insect in the bathroom, and 2 roaches. One of the roaches walked across my face at 3 am; when I turned on the light, I found it under my pillow

Just got my car broke into at this hell hole and they said the reason they don’t have security cameras in the parking lot is so Marriott won’t be liable. What a great place and policy!

Staff was friendly. Rooms and hotel need some remodeling and some serious TLC. Hotel is pet-​friendly. Would most likely not stay here again.
